Bellissima, personale cordiale, camere pulite, vista eccezionale, possibilità di utilizzare il trasporto dell’hotel per arrivare alla villa separata dove alloggiavamo.

splendida location
la struttura si trova sul promontorio stupendo di SORGETO noi siamo stati alloggiati nella dependance villa Carolina con una splendida vista su Sorgeto e Sant'Angelo , molto riservata tranquilla una colazione semplice ma gustosa con le loro marmellate strepitose unica nota negativa che nel pomeriggio non c'era la possibilità di usufruire di un minimo di servizio bar il personale è sempre stato gentile e corretto una cena di buona qualità sulla terrazza vista Sorgeto nel complesso un buon hotel forse le 4 stelle non sono congrue ma diciamo che per 3 stelle sarebbe riduttivo per la qualita complessiva dei servizi un po faticosa la salita per arrivare alla struttura

tutto perfetto...proprietari gentilissimi,personale perfetto e poi la "chicca" del Ristorante Chiarito con la Chef Libera Iovine...posizione incantevole...più di così!!!

luci ed ombre
bella la posizione, su un promontorio a picco sul mare, particolare la piscina che passa sotto l'albergo. la conformazione dell'albergo non mi è piaciuta: solo le camere superior sono vicine al ristorante ed alla piscina. avevo prenotato una camera confort (la migliore prevista su expedia):è sotto terra e per arrivare all'albergo c'è una salita piuttosto ripida da salire solo a piedi #l'accesso alle auto non è consentito#. ristorante così così, un po' tutto con lo stesso sapore. simpatica l'idea per la colazione: ognuno può spremersi le arance coltivate vicino all'albergo. la strada per arrivare all'albergo è molto stretta e ripida, adatta solo a piccole auto.

please be aware that if you book the dependance room type, you will stay in a villa about one chilometer from the main hotel! they have a pool there too, but the "cave pool" shown in the pictures is not by the villa but by the hotel. ofcourse you can use it, but with small kids it is really a disadvantage not to have the hotel room close by. it should be written clearly that you have to stay in the villa when you book the dependance room, I at least didnt see any information about that when i ordered. In the villa you are closer to the bus stand however. The staff is helpful with giving you a ride from the hotel to the villa or to the bus stand, but we sometimes had to wait for a while plus no seat belts in the back seats. on top we suddenly got lots of ants in the apartment. all in all i didnt have a 4 star experience. I might have seen it differently if we had stayed in the main hotel building.The pools are nice though , especially the cave pool,and from the pool area you have a beautiful sea view.

Un paradiso a portata di mano
Ho preso la stanza con vista sul mare....e che vista. Panorama sulla baia di s'Angelo e Sorgeto, incantevole. Tutto il complesso è a picco sul mare. La piscina è di pura acqua termale caldissima. La pascina classica a picco sul mare è collegata tramite una piccola galleria scavata nella montagne nella quale è stata ricavato un tunnel termale quasi surreale, inoltre c'è la sauna ed i massaggi (questi a pagamento) La cucina è tipica e di buona qualità (è da anni sulla guida michelin) . Il posto è raggiungibile solo con auto o scooter, l'albergo offre comunque servizio navetta (non so se a pagamento)

Relaxing resort with incredible view and service
Amazing! Relaxing stay with full resort service. The thermal pools were warm, there were plenty of lounges with incredible cliff side views, and a spa you could book. The breakfast buffet had a variety of meats, cheeses, breads, and cereals. Our favourite was the fresh tomatoes and fruit - even a press to make your own freshly squeezed orange juice. Although we didn’t arrange for the half board option (which included set menu dinners), we went back for dinner two times. The service is friendly and attentive, the food delicious and huge portions, and the view was spectacular. Favourite dishes we had were rigatoni carbonara (this is served on a family-sized platter!) and the fried sea food. During the day, the cantina has salads, cheeses, and bruschetta. I could almost live off of the fresh bruschetta! The location is remote and very hilly, so, once you are on the island, arrange for a taxi or if arriving during the day, take a bus. The nearby town Panza has some shops. This resort worked best for us as a place to stay and relax instead of visit other places. We stayed at the independence Katerina which is 750 meters from the main building. It is a challenging walk with steep hills so take the shuttle (which is free and speedy!) or stay in the main building. We would highly recommend this resort to other couples or if you are spending time with family.

Punta Chiarito is a fantastic destination - we stayed for a week in early September and enjoyed exploring Ischia and relaxing by the hotel's many pools. The views are spectacular and the food is delicious!

Really nice hotel
A great hotel, we loved it and will go back. Room 208 has a wonderful view but there is some noise from the kitchen during the day and into the night. The food was nice, the service was good. Much more German spoken than English. The pool is lovely and the views are just glorious. The shuttle service into the local village was really helpful.

Beautiful resort
The hotel itself is nice but the annex is not conveniently located or on par with the resort. It seems like a poor Air B&B type property or perhaps a storage unit for old misfit furnishing. Several staff members are exceptionally kind while others are scattered and less than helpful. The actual resort is magical. The separate property is a scam.

Nice hotel but inconveniently located
The grounds and the hotel are well maintained and very beautiful. The property looks out over the sea. The hotel is not walkable to any amenities, so without a car it's hard to get to the beach or eat off the property. There is a shuttle to nearby Panza, but Sant Angelo and Forio have many more options. The meals we had at the hotel seemed a little over priced and were average. I would not want to eat there exclusively. Also, the pools contained hot water and that combined with the gorgeous views of the sea just made me want to be at the beach. Good service - German appeared to be the primary second language spoken but we did fine with English. I wouldn't stay there again mainly because of its isolation.

The service and food were good! The views are stunning up high on a cliff side, but if you have a fear of heights don't go there! The incline of the hill between the annex and hotel is quite a workout, but at least it is not filled with crowds of tourists!a good place to relax!

Ein Hotel der gehobenen Klasse in traumhafter Lage mit Blick auf St. Angelo und die Baia di Sorgeto! Eine einzigartige Grotte mit Thermalwasser, welches sich in ein Außenpool ergießt, sowie Sauna und die möglichen Anwendungen perfektionieren die Ruhe und garantieren absolute Erholung!! Hinzu kommt eine Cantina, in der man mittags landestypische Snacks zu sich nehmen kann!! Wir nahmen uns für zwei Tage eine Suite mit einem kleinen, eigenen Pool und haben das sehr genossen!! Zu bemängeln gibt es wenig, außer, dass die Preise im hauseigenen Restaurant in astronomischer Höhe liegen, der WLAN-Empfang nicht auf den Zimmern funktioniert und die Lage des Ressorts für Menschen, die sich nicht mehr allzu gut fortbewegen können, etwas fernab ist!!

Fantastic view
Love this place! The view is stunning! Beautiful and romantic surroundings. Relaxed yet professional atmosphere.Helpful and very warm and caring staff. Rooms tidy and comfortable. Nice and quiet. Poolarea is absolutely fantastic. Warm mineralwater, jaccuzzi, caves. Lovely! The people working at the daytime lunchrestaurant downstairs is the best! Warm and caring. Also giving you a ride with the hotels shuttlebus to nearest town(Panza). Upstairs very sweet bartender giving you exactly what you wish for in any kind of drinks. Very nice lounge.Restaurant staff is caring and very observant. Rooms with view is with a good view also at the restaurant! Restaurant serves vegetables, fruit of the season and meat from the hotels own farm as much as possible. Got their own wine as well. If you want comfort, hospitality and total relaxation do come here. You will love it! Only thing we will do different next time are the transportation from the harbor of Ischia to Panza when arriving and leaving. Take a proper taxi! Dont share with others and dont take the bus=)! Itś crowded! (Some taxidrivers may pick up more and more people along the way until you are more crowded than the buses).Bus, though, is fine for getting to other towns without luggage. With luggage itś a challenge.. :) Knowing this you will be fine! Enjoy!

Lage: etwas abgelegen, zum Ort geht führt eine schmale steile Straße, erst im Ort gibt es eine Busverbindung Dependance: liegt ca. 600m entfernt zum Hotel, shuttelserviceangebot außerhalb der Essenszeiten, Dependence liegt näher am Ort, so dass dieser in ca. 400m fußläufig zu erreichen ist Halpensionsangebot: niedrigstes Niveau für stattliche 30 Euro

Nice little hotel but not a 4-star
Excellent location - alone on a cliff. Limited sea view from rooms - mostly because of greenery in front. We had 2 basic rooms - rather small with little storage space. Flat screen TV with Italian stations. Some broken furniture pieces. Very small bathroom. The worst, though, was that the bathroom did not have any kind of ventilation and it was difficult to keep the room fresh. And we could not open the door since there is no screens and there was a swarm of flying insects outside. On the positive side - the hotel has its own thermal pool with a cute grotto.

Empfehlenswert für Gäste welche Ruhe suchen.
Ruhe pur, Thermalschwimmbad sehr angenehm, leider war das Essen am 1. Tage nicht warm. Super Lage, allerdings nicht für gehbehinderte Leute zu empfehlen. Sehr freundlicher Service man fühlte sich nicht als Nummer. Zimmer waren etwas primitiv, es fehlten Griffe an den Schränken und die TV hatte nur einen französichen Nachrichtensender, sonst praktisch nur Italienische Sender. Es fehlten auch Gläser für die Getränke der Minibar, welche absolut limitiert waren u.mit plastik Becher ausgestattet war. Kein Strassenlärm. Wir hatten aber eine super Sicht auf St.Angelo und waren allgemein zufrieden.

Lovely Dependence
The Dependence of the hotel was very quite and lovely. The thermal-pool was mostly empty and the view over St. Angelo simply amazing.
