“All the staff was extremely friendly. I dropped my phone unloading and returned from room to look for it. Went to front desk and it was returned to me after being able to provide details of phone physical description and lockscreen picture.
Be Gold
In my bathroom the shower head had no solid fixture and was just hanging from shower curtain.
I dont know if the difference is being a gold member and being in 4th floor like my friend because his was on a solid fixture.

“Me, my daughter and granddaughter stayed here one night for spring break and had the worst experience with the pool. They said there under new mgmt and used a new chemical called Borinne instead of chlorine but we were in the pool for 5 hours and didn’t smell or know anything was happy and when we all got out of the pool we could not stop coughing and wheezing. Worst experience ever then had to call fire dept/paramedics and get checked out vitals were all good so we thought it would eventually...
