“Friendly staff and cheerful atmosphere were very good. It is a small hotel and does not seem to have a lift. The wifi environment was so comfortable that there is nothing to say. “Das Haus mit Gelände ist recht klein, der zugehörige (kleine) Parkplatz befindet sich daher auch nah am Gebäude. Er ist nicht eingezäunt oder nur für Gäste zugänglich, das liegt aber an der Lage des Hotels. Für uns war das kein Problem, wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, unser PKW steht unsicher. "Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming pool and a quite decent fitness room are available as well. Very nice landscape in the surrounding area with plenty of paths to walk dinner off before it gets dark."
