Adorabile casa sul lago - Barche a remi e kayak ava e 2 bagni!

Questa proprietà è stata ristrutturata nella primavera del 2019 e ora è bellissima!

Questa accogliente casa si trova su oltre 1/2 acro di terra in modo da non avere vicini proprio sopra di te e non devi camminare per un parco o una spiaggia. La riva è principalmente sabbia con alcuni ciottoli. Molte proprietà nella zona hanno un fondo fangoso del lago, ma puoi camminare nel nostro modo prima di colpire il fango!

Ci sono 2 camere da letto e due bagni, una cucina completamente attrezzata con una griglia a carbone all'esterno e un soggiorno con camino per rilassarsi o rilassarsi nell'aria condizionata in estate e un garage per i vostri giocattoli.

Abbiamo giochi da giardino, giochi da tavolo, libri, una barca a remi, una grande TV, internet e un lettore di raggi blu in modo da avere un sacco di divertimento a casa. Il litorale sabbioso è perfetto per guadare durante i mesi estivi e il lago è perfetto per la pesca tutto l'anno, compresa la pesca sul ghiaccio in inverno. Ci sono anche molti percorsi per motoslitte nella zona.

La casa si trova a soli 2 isolati da Norms, uno dei migliori bar della zona per cibo e divertimento, oltre ad avere un varo in barca! Ci sono 14 bar e club di cena intorno al lago e oltre 10.000 acri di acqua da godere. Le attività sono abbondanti nella zona, come golf, piscina, parchi, visite guidate in fattoria, bowling, teatro drive-in, degustazioni di vini o gare di stock car. Ci sono anche attività da scoprire nelle città di Madison, Milwaukee e Wisconsin Dells.

Questa casa è poco più di 2 ore nella zona di Chicago, o circa 20 minuti a Madison, Janesville o Fort Atkinson, quindi non trascorrerai gran parte del tuo prezioso tempo di vacanza alla guida. L'Anchor Inn è nelle vicinanze per noleggiare una barca se non ne porti una.

A beautiful place for a relaxing getaway. The home is immaculate and has every thing you need. The little beach area was a great place to sit and unwind. Overall, we truly enjoyed our short stay! Would have given 5 stars except that the boat lift was still out of the water, sitting on the grass right in the middle of the lake view. We had picked this place mostly for the lake view, so that was a bit of a downer. We contacted Tammy & she replied right away, explaining that the marina had been saying they'd have the lift installed for the previous 3 weeks. I just wish she'd shared that with us. Obviously out of her control, but would have been good to know before arriving. Also, the sliding screen door had a large rip in it which we did share with Tammy also. We loved the location - very close to several bars/restaurants. Would recommend as I'm sure the lift is in the water by now.

Property is clean and appears to be newly renovated. All the appliances are in working order. Check in and check out process fast and easy. Tammy over communicates (that's a good thing) and readily answers inquiries. Plenty of furniture indoor and out. Nice deck for bird watching and such looking at the lake. We did use the two kayaks. The Lily Pad tavern is just a walk away, lively and friendly crowd. They had music every evening for Memorial Day holiday. We had a nice uncomplicated stay.

Nice pet friendly cottage on Lake Koshkonong with large yard and beach area. Rocky/mucky lake bottom but great for fishing and dogs to swim. Very easy to work with Tammy. All around great trip!

Our stay was just as the title describes! Clean, cozy home with enough room for 4-6 people. Beautiful view of the lake, sunrises and sunsets were awesome! Host was responsive, kept us informed of any changes or happenings we needed to know about. Thanks for a great stay!!!!

We really loved our stay. This was our first time using VRBO. Tammy noticed the weather was going to be crummy for our full day at the cottage and offered to let us come early. That made it so we were able to enjoy the lake for a full afternoon before the storms came in. We used the paddle boat and the kayaks to take a short family boat trip. There were tie outs and sheets for the furniture for the dog. The kitchen was stocked withmany essentials and the showers even had shampoo and soap provided! Tammy was very responsive to our messages, but we didn't have any issues to report. It was perfect! Highly recommend.

We loved the deep lawn going down to the lake. We enjoyed cooking out and eating at the table on the lawn. Our dog loved playing stick and running. It was close to Ft. Atkinson, Edgerton and Stoughton. We would stay here again.

My family loved relaxing in this comfy house. We were in Ft Atkinson to see our oldest son perform at the Fireside Dinner Theatre. We brought along my 80 year old parents and they loved it as well! They used the master bedroom and bath while we slept in the smaller bedroom and our younger son slept on the pull out bed in the living room. There was room for all six of us to enjoy meals at the dining table. And we even played some of the games from the living room cabinet. The view of the lake was pretty - we saw a bald eagle a couple of times! It was a very pleasant stay!
