“All facilities were available for our needs. unfortunately the springs in the mattress were broken and there were several lumps which we were laying on which resulted in myself getting a sore back. The sofa bed needed cleaning as was very stained. On entering the apartment the floor was very uneven whilst walking on it because the whole apartment seemed as it was subsiding.”

“Dog friendly. Oven unusable as filthy dirty. Grease +++. Cobwebs in main bedroom. Old drink can down the side of the sofa. Moved the sofa and dirty underneath. Mould on a lot of the walls. Bathroom door handle very loose. Shower height adjuster comes away from the wall if you try to use it. Hole in the main bedroom door. Outside lighting poor. Path to property very uneven. Paving slabs need re-laying as serious trip hazard. Decking area very slippery. Bbq unusable. Lack of information pack. Bin...
