“Clean room, but odd as the room was quite empty with no wall art or office desk chair, just a bed, armchair, and dresser with the TV. Breakfast was adequate if you’re only looking for a quick bite to eat. The staff was helpful and friendly, and overall the property was quite nice. My only complaint is that the outdoor pool was closed, and when asked about it, the staff said it was due to not having a new health and safety check done on it.”

“Beautiful and spacious room, artfully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the TV allowed us to stream our favorites. We enjoyed our two nights there and will stay again when we are in the area. A lovely and economical alternative to a hotel.”

“I have stayed at The Arc numerous times. It has ALWAYS been a wonderful experience. This time was terrible. The hotel is ready to remodel to transform as a true independent into a chain. There is no breakfast, even though breakfast was listed on Expedia. The first room we were assigned looked like a cheap roadside motel except someone threw up in the room and the room smelled of it. Cigarette burns were everywhere. The next room was ok but furnishings need to be replaced, which is scheduled....

“The check in started bad the room smelled like pee we rented two nights but left the first night the poop was dirty had bugs floating in it asked for a refund for the second night and was in formed I stayed the first night so there's no refund very bad experience”

“To start when I booked the hotel they said there was breakfast and when I arrived they said they were building a restaurant, and that there was no breakfast being served, then on website it says they are pet friendly and when I arrived there was no pets allowed signs everywhere and nowhere in the description did it say I have to bring shot papers or have the tags on me and they gave me problems with that, then there deposit was overly priced for what that hotel was, then when I got to the room...

“Room was clean and staff was friendly. My mqin issue is. I asked for an ADA room and I was given a room with a normal bathroom no rails or extra space. It was on thr bottom floor . I reserved and paid ahead we did have a late night arrival. I am just recovering from a temporary injury but anyone using a wheelchair or walker full time ahould double. Heck this amenity. Some of the furniture is a but run down. The parking lot is crazy trying to figure out how to get in especially at night.”

“I stay there quite often. I'm always trying to be clean friendly staff and even an early check-in the only thing is stay was advertise a pool and they advertise a breakfast which neither they have so I was kind of disappointed about that but other than that I think the price is a little too high for the condition of a two-star property but the staff makes it worth it”
