“This is a unique property. Perfect for getting away. Quite, very little to do on the property which is perfect for a truely relaxing get away. Kitchen is set up for cooking your own meals. There is no food available on the premises but a great breakfast spot close by and Brattleboro is also an easy drive away.”

“Loved view of the river”

“Was a good room for a one night stay on a road trip.”

“We stayed only one night. Night manager was friendly and helpful with dinner selection. Would recommend!”

“Great location and wonderful staff! I love staying here every year!”

“Orrore di albergo!!!”

“This is one of the best country inns we ever tried: charming, cozy and friendly. The atmosphere is authentic and warm, as are the owners. The country and the woods surrounding are great, even the breakfast is excellent! We loved the room and also the sitting room, full of beautiful books.”

“Good location. About what one might expect in a budget motel.”

“Amazing staff”

“Our stay at the Chesterfield Inn was absolutely wonderful. The inn is sweet, charming, and full of character. We slept so good and our room was so peaceful. We were treated to a beautiful sunset, enjoyed a delicious breakfast next morning, and appreciated the warm hospitality throughout our stay. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing New England getaway.”

“Staff were friendly. The attached restaurant is no longer an option as it is permanently closed right now. Hotel is older, not as well maintained.”

“Great value! Older facility, smaller room and beds but perfect for our stay which basically only involved using the room to sleep.”
