“We stayed in a tiny houss that was well equipped. Upon checking in we met Henry who works on the property. He was great, helped us get settled and answered all our questions. The site is on the Hudson and has nice views. The onsite restaurant was great too! Shout out to Rachel behind the bar and Matt our waiter.”

“The General's Cabin was a wonderful place for my husband and me to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. The cabin was exceptionally clean. Melissa had thought of everything you could possibly need. Inside had a well-stocked kitchen, a great coffee/tea bar, lots of little extras to make the stay enjoyable, extra towels, blankets, pillows etc. In the bathrooms there was a basket of soaps, lotions, shampoos and even toothbrushes in case you forgot to bring your own. “Property was very clean with comfortable beds. Ellen came to the cabin to check on us because we needed some servicing and all was corrected. We had view of a pond from our doorway with a fountain with lights at night. We saw a Doe that goes by the name of Janice ( Yes the wildlife have names) who almost allowed us to pet even though I had our dog on a leash.
