Lots of space, but not so bright and new as the photos make it look. Smelled very musty and had a dehumidifier running in the kitchen that filled every day, demonstrating how damp it is. The kitchen drawers don't open without opening the dishwasher or oven doors to clear handles. The screened in porch is nice, but overgrown with weeds around and the grill pictured in the ad is not useable and rusted and dirty.The BBQ cart seemed ready to fall apart and the bunkhouse itself is not at all private. It looks out to a wide open field, between driveways and carports, making it a bit of a fishbowl feel with blinds open in bedrooms. The grass was uncut and the property overall wasn't very well kept.The other completely inaccurate thing in the ad is Lakeview. There is absolutely no lake view. Access to the beach is via what made us feel like trespassers between two houses. The ropes and posts installed by the neighbors, while we were there, made it clear they aren't happy about a rental property. It's also the only part of beach where neighbors have roped off boundaries. Clearly they are unhappy and our family could feel the stares of hatred as we walked through the disgnated area to reach the beach. We only went a couple of times because it was so uncomfortable.10AM checkout is also early, but we knew that.The rooms and beds were comfortable and spacious, and the bathrooms were nice as well.The host was nice and responsive, so no issues at all from that perspective.
