“their ac was locked and they did not turn it on for us and when they did they were being rude , if u are calling them they do not answer the phone at all, u msg early morning they respond back at 1pm super late answers , house floors was dirty u had to have ur flops on or ur socks get black and dirty even tho they charge us cleaning fee at the begining . ”

“Loud hotel, you hear quite a few cars driving by, late arrivals can be heard as well. Bathrooms did not seem clean. Hair found on towels etc. Breakfast was minimal, toast, strawberry jam, coffee, milk and cereal. Would not recommend for the price.”

“It’s a literal dorm room for students. Cinder block walls, spiders on the ceiling, dirty towel left behind the door. We used the room as a cheap alternative for a ball tournament but do not stay here if you are actually travelling to Niagara to enjoy a vacation. We stayed away from our room as much as possible and only slept in it each night for a few hours. The air quality is terrible. Can feel it in your lungs as soon as you enter the room.”

"Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto. Ecco i punti di forza dell'hotel: Posizione strategica: L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione. È perfetto per raggiungere il centro e le principali attrazioni in circa 10-15 minuti a piedi, permette di arrivare alle splendide cascate con una breve passeggiata (o meno di 5 minuti in auto) ed è comodissimo per il confine con gli Stati Uniti, raggiungibile in appena 5 minuti di macchina e 10 minuti a piedi. Colazione super: La colazione continentale è inclusa nel prezzo ed è davvero varia e abbondante. Ottima la scelta sia dolce che salata: uova, salsiccia, yogurt, pancake, caffè, tè e molto altro. Il modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata. Camera confortevole: La stanza era bellissima, spaziosa e soprattutto molto pulita. Il vero tocco di classe è stata la vasca idromassaggio, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata passata a camminare. Staff impeccabile: Il personale è molto disponibile, gentile e pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi esigenza o informazione. Se cercate comodità, pulizia e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo a Niagara Falls, questo hotel è una scelta fantastica. Ci tornerei sicuramente!"
