“The staff here went above and beyond. We stayed here 2 different times last week as we traveled through GA, and we accidentally left three of our personal pillows. Not only did the staff save and hold our pillows for us for our return, but they went the extra mile and washed out pillow cases, too. I know most hotels would get 0 bookings, but instead the hotels and Expedia deceive guests about the nature of their stays which is almost always based on reviews that happened when there were no renovations going on. “The hotel is clean. The rooms are super well kept. It is one of the nicest sleep inn I had. Our receptionist when we checked in was super nice and helpful. Our bad experience was the day of checkout. They had no breakfast at all. The had expired milk. I asked the only person in staff about it and he didn’t care.
