“The same poor lady at the front desk was working every time we went through the lobby. She was very nice and gave us good directions and delivery options. My daughter was worried about her and hoped she would get a day off soon. Overall stay was great. Large number of school groups visiting DC and staying at the hotel but staff kept things going and clean. There were multiple attendees cleaning and restocking during breakfast. “There are some outdated elements of this property but we would definitely stay again. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. We needed clean towels and they were delivered within 10 minutes. Vondella, a manager on duty, was incredible. She went out of her way to help us navigate transportation and local events. ”

“ottimo hotel in posizione perfetta per lavorare a Washington DC downtown via Metro o per piacere in Alexandria old Town. camere pulite e spaziose. reception efficiente e professionale. happy hour con offerta vino nel pomeriggio. unica pecca la colazione: servizio incredibilmente insufficiente e offerta di cibo molto povera. 30 minuti di attesa per un tè come minimo... pessimo ”

“The river view was amazing. The staff was very courteous and professional. The room wss clean but the bed was too soft for me but still comfortable ifnyhay makes sense. The bayhoom was clean and NO leftover hairs anywhere. While taking a shower the flo9r outside thenshower did become wet and the bathoom was drenched. I had an engineer come up to adjust the shower door which did help. I RECOMMEND the riverview room.”

“hotel della nota catena, in ottima posizione sulla strada principale di Old Alexandria a due blocchi dalle 2 linee metro Blue e Yellow che in 30 minuti portano a downtown Washington DC. servizi da rivedere (colazione scarna e ristorante-bar chiuso) e disastroso il rassetto camere (3 giorni non sono passati a pulire e quando sono passati non hanno lasciato asciugamani) inoltrate proteste alla Reception che però non ha risolto il problema”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting Mount Vernon and anything in the DC area. The rooms are very nice and have everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The local area has great restaurants. The grounds were well kept and had great space for traveling with pets. ”
