“Worst place I ever stayed. It took them 2 weeks to give my room deposit back on my credit card. And one on my bank card they still haven’t given me. The bathroom window didn’t close all the way and has no locking mechanism on it. I had ants all over my floor I was killing each day I was there. Absolute nightmare ”

“Just don’t get a room next to the pool! So loud, I thought we had teenage boys screaming in the room. It should close at 9, rather than 10.
Creative website photos inflate the condition of the property dramatically.
Just a typical Best Western, albeit maybe 20% over priced. ”

“I was injured and unable to check in but since I purchased cancellation insurance you would think it would be ok but unfortunately that isn’t the case. Turns out the money you spend on insurance is a total waste of time because they will find a way not to reimburse you. :(
