“Cet hôtel est tout simplement un 7 étoiles. Tout a été parfait à tout les niveaux. Ceci après avoir passer plus de 10 jours la. Que ce soit le personnel d’accueil et les restos le personnel a la piscine et les restaurants et a l’entretien des chambres que je qualifie de 7 étoiles. Une expérience exceptionnelle. ”

“Grossly dirty. Lobby is outdated and looks low end. All lobby seats are dirty and stained, cannot sit. Uncomfortable to relax anywhere. Food area looks depressing and floors in dining lounge by pool are stained and sticky and gross. Pool looks low end. Rooms are big but chairs and furniture old and falling apart. Staff friendliness and helpfulness widely varies. Bellhop overly chatty and entered our rooms during check in and overstayed - inappropriate and unsafe. Coffee and drink and food...

“Beautiful beach, great amenities, easy to get to cruise ”

“We had an excellent stay and even held our wedding ceremony on the property- it was a beautiful location for photos! We dined at both on-site restaurants, and we were especially blown away by the food and service at MAASS. The caviar and chips were incredible, and we couldn’t get enough of the fresh tuna. Overall, both the service and food were outstanding, and we will definitely stay again.”

“We had the best stay here! The host was incredible. Super responsive, helpful, and gave us amazing recommendations that made our trip even better. The place was very clean and well kept. As a group of girls, we especially loved the long hallway mirror (such a small detail but SO appreciated for getting ready 😂). Everything about our stay was seamless, and the location was perfect. It honestly couldn’t have gone smoother. Highly recommend!”

“Parking wasn’t the best and check in was a nightmare but, the staff was very hospitable and did everything to appease us during the lengthy wait. Wish I had more time to explore and enjoy the amenities. I did run into an issue where I was charged twice but after calling and providing receipts, the issue was resolved. I plan to stay again and explore more”

“The renovated rooms were great. Comfy bed, clean, and quiet. Fiby at the front desk was very nice and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Good value for the price.”

“You have to pay a daily fee after you spend 5.5k for your stay. This fee covers beach, chairs/umbrellas, pool access, two bottles waters, and bicycles for 2 hours a day. He are hunting down staff for 2 waters just to not die of hydration, beach umbrellas were never available. Be prepared to stand in a 1/4 mile line at 8:30am to get an umbrella, no pool seats available ever. All taken. You can use the cabana for an extra $550 for that day. lol. Nothing is available but they charge you anyway....

“Will stay here again. Rooms are clean. Staff is pleasant and eager to help. Breakfast is a good touch. Pool area is relaxing and peaceful. Really close to the beach. Food options nearby for dinner and lunch”
