Pretty nice place. A little dated. Main problem was pounding noise from room above. Some people are clueless, rude. or both. I noticed that our room, the Sea Blue room on the lower floor in back was the only one with an upstairs room above. So maybe stay away from that one if you want quiet. Though it was nice otherwise.

I am sorry to hear that you were bothered by the noise. I wouldn't qualify our place as "a little dated" as we take good care of it by remodeling each unit. Hope you will be back again.

I loved this property. From easy check in, to fast response from owner, to easy access to the beach and restaurants. Place was cozy and spacious. Very clean inside, private. I will definitely choose this hotel if I’m around the are again.

My wife left her AirPods in our room on November 25th. We reached out to the hotel owner and manager. She stated that they have them. She agreed to ship to us. We made arrangements to pay the shipping by Venmo and she agreed. She is now not returning our phone calls or responding to our emails. We will never stay at a property that we don’t trust people to do the right thing.

Room was average at best...had a wierd smell..(not good)...property needs rehab and landscaping work...decent enough...you get what you pay for i guess...very helpful and communicative for check in needs though...

The hotel was a basic room with limited amenities. On the Expedia website the listed fees for extra stuff was not accurate. For example if you want to check in early Expedia says the fee charged is $50, they charged me $60 and got defensive when I questioned it saying that already was a discount. If you want extra towels they charge you (you are provided 2 each of bath towels, hand towels, wash rags and beach towels) there is no daily househouse keeping. They only clean the room/provide new towels if you are there over a week. There is no pool (which i didn't notice when i booked the hotel so just be aware) the outside sitting area is small but nice however, there were big dropped palm leaves that had not been picked up. Overall it's a cheap place to stay for 1-2 nights and in a very walkable area to dinner and the beach. I stayed by myself for 1 night on the way down to the keys but had my husband been with me 2 towels would not have been enough. No onsite staff, you check yourself in with an email you recieved the day before. Most likely would not stay here again because they charge extra for everything. I think it's ridiculous to charge for early check in when the room was not occupied the night before and it appeared I was the only one there in the entire place but just my opinion.

We are glad you enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the room. Regarding the early check-in, like it is mentioned on Expedia this extra service is charged 100 not 50. You never know when the room is booked the day before or not. We try to do our best for our guests and usually we don't charge at all. Everything you said is in our policies, there is no surprise or extra charge. We hope you also have appreciated the late check-out free of charge. Thank you for your feedback.

Emplacement idéal tout est à proximité plage , restaurent, supermarket…. On a rencontré la propriétaire la deuxième journée elle a était très sympathique, l’hébergement a le strictement nécessaire, il a fallut qu’on achète des papier essuie tout, des papier toilette, savon à vaisselle et des cuillères de plus( il y avait juste deux cuillères à soupe pour une famille de 5) la table de cuisine avec une patte brisée, la chasse d’eau de toilette entre deux flush prend beaucoup de temps pour se remplir , la 3em journée plus de Netflix dans la télé de salon On essayer à plusieurs reprise de contacter le propriétaire par msg text comme par e-mail mais sans réponse ( il semble était en voyage ) bref dans l’ensemble l’hébergement est acceptable mais il besoin d’un peu d’amour et un peux plus d’accessoire et pour l’amour de ciel mettez des papier toilette et des essuie tout qui ont de l’allure pas cette marque cheap , et donnez accès à la buanderie ce n’est pas normal pendant 6 jours pas le droit de laver son linge Il a fallut aller faire mes lavage à l’extérieur et attendre 2h à chaque fois . Vous avec un emplacement de rêve et des installations qui ont du potentiel , en essayant de couper dans tous vous gâcher le plaisir de vos client j’étais prêt à payer plus pour plus de confort , bon courage et lâcher pas dernière petite demande; demandez à vos clients s’ils ont besoin de services et s’ils ont apprécié leur séjours. Y compris pour le check in oú vous nous avez mis un très mauvais avis concernant votre arrivée sauf que cela concernait votre mauvaise experience pour la location de votre voiture et absolument pas l'Hotel. Nous mettons à disposition tous les elements nécessaires pour votre séjour et vous pouvez nous demander tout ce que vous souhaitez nous essayons toujours de satisfaire nos clients le mieux possible. Nous avons été ravis d'accueillir votre famille et de vous offrir un 'early check-in' et rassurez vous nous y mettons beaucoup d'amour et travaillons très dur.

This property overall was likable. It was clean but did have a slight mildew smell. The dishes were a little grimy and the sponge to clean them was already used so we bought a new one. We were only left 2 shower towels and 2 beach towels for a 5 night stay and were told it would be $25 for another set when we asked for more. The laundry facility was apparently closed due to Covid. Each unit is allowed one spot but we had to park down the road because all of the spots were taken (6 spots for 8 units?) The TV also was a hit or miss as to whether or not it would work. They tell you not to turn the AC below 70 degrees but it does get pretty cold inside due to the tile flooring. However the location was close to Lauderdale by the sea (not the main downtown Fort Lauderdale but still close to a cute shopping/dining area). The bedding was clean. The bathroom was nice. It was nice having a kitchenette. Prices were cheap. They have beach chairs and umbrellas you can use as well, but we didn’t take advantage of that. Check-in was easy. They provided all the dishes you needed (just would recommend washing them before using). I would recommend bringing your own towels, hand soap (you only get a small bar of soap), and a new sponge if you plan on using the dishes. Overall the stay was nice.

We stayed here for one night following a cruise trip. Compared to the other property that we stayed in before our cruise, this one stands out positively! Much cleaner and better updated. Fairly quiet area, considering the density of the population. Check-in and check-out are self managed and the office is by appointment only, but the owners were accommodating and quick to respond to questions via text. I would recommend the 4145!

I was a solo traveler and stayed at the Sean Inn & Suites for 3 weeks. I truly enjoyed my stay and the host/owner Marjorie is exceptional. The rooms are very clean and the surrounding areas of the property are also very well kept well and clean. The beach and restaurants are steps away! I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Fort Lauderdale by the Sea. RG

I was looking to spend 5 days on the beach. This hotel was close to the beach, clean and also close to restaurants. Check in was handled via e-mail/text and worked fine - I got my room assignment and instructions 2 days before arriving.

Small, homey place! Very easy access to the beach. Loved the outdoor seating right outside our door. There is not 24 hour staff, (which was fine for us) but when a need came-up manager responded very promptly!
