Room was smaller than expected. There was a mildew smell in kitchen sink area. Communication was great though. Responded to messages quickly. Check in procedure was easy, even with never seeing a single staff person. :) Parking included would have made the price worth it. Good location for Tortuga though, so all went well!

The room was extremely small, and the air conditioning in my room was not working properly—it felt like a sauna. Additionally, the electricity in the bathroom was not functioning. On top of that, despite paying a high price for such a small room, I was also charged an extra for parking.

The staff werent even there for the weekend on check in, they didnt send the email with info on how to check in until i was on the phone for an hour with expedia. Then the place smelled awful, like they febreezed it to try and make it smell better, the bed was damp and musty, shower was cold, terrible 0/10 DO NOT GO HERE.

Nice small and elegant hidden treasure nestled in a sweet place next to the beach! I think it would be nicer if you could hide the garbage cans and I wasn’t a fan of the coffee condiments but Im not too picky. I love the palm trees and the large coconuts on the grounds! The landscaping is beautiful and unique and the small pool is a hidden gem under the palms. And I found a giant chess game in the back! I love the great shower with plenty of very hot water when needed. It was a steal for the price! Overall, I’m very pleased. Thanks!

Cons- cockroaches and ants everywhere all the time Very small and allways damp even with the fan on the towel cant get fully dry since its so damp in the room. Super small and had no chair of any kind so you have to sit on thr floor or bed( i called and asked why no chair and after 2 days someone came by and gave me a dirty lawn/pool chair for the room. Parking fee wasnt clear and had to send a credit card to the hotel since they have no front desk and they charged 30 dollars per night so thats a hit i didnt expect. Pros- its near the beach.

There is no onsite staff. Emails asking for toiletries were ignored. Pass code to the only lounge doesn’t work. Email asking it was ignored. There is no chair in the room. Coffee maker diesnt work. TV remote doesn't work. Moldy smell in the room clouth hangers ate brojen or flimsy.

These people are scammers. I showed up at 7pm to the hotel and could not get a hold of anyone and none of my paperwork for check-in was sent at all. Expect the email that morning that morning that said they tried to charge my card and it was declined and they would have to cancel my reservation if they didn’t get it. (Bank did not decline the charge and I was no where close to missing the check in window.) I spent hours with yall trying to figure this out after calling and leaving 3-4 voicemails after they didn’t answer. To 4 1/2 hours later they finally answered (for which I had already gotten another hotel) It took me threatening to call the cops on them for them to be any help and they waved the deposit because of it. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

The power in the room went off and on throughout the entire stay, lights would go off, tv, and outlets all stopped working. We immediately noticed this when we arrived and reached out to the provided contact. We were told to wait 45 minutes for someone to come fix the issue about 4-5 times and it was never fixed the entire trip. We got ready in the dark. Bathroom light was the only one working. Videos of the electrical issue were documented and we were continually told the issue was “fixed” we left at 6am with absolutely no power, because it went out the entire trip. We charged our phones at Starbucks, would not recommend. Our refund is still “under review” which is absurd. They refused to offer us a refund, a change in the room, or any accommodation other than days of “someone will fix it” with no hope. The maintenance man was very sweet and helpful, he admitted that the electrical issue was above his knowledge, as he was general maintenance. No one reached out to us to see if the issue was fixed, or how we were doing. We waited the majority of our trip on hold with the front desk, and emailing video after video of no power and lights and tv flickering on and off. I have never experienced such poor communication and customer service. This was a fire hazard, had we been able to stay elsewhere, and a refund was offered, we would of left. Financially paying for two hotels was not in our travel budget.

The room was beyond neglected! Do not trust this company. We only settled for this room because we are renovating our home and just need a place to rest our heads. I believe they put us in this room because we had a prior incident with stay hospitality so they put us in the worse room in this nice hotel. The room and hallway was musty, the shower pan felt like it may collapse and it makes a weird noise if you step in the middle. I only weigh 135 and I feel like I would have fell thru. The TV did not work. The AC sounded as if someone was about to break down the door. You can hear it from down stairs. The only AC that made noise. The entire room floor, appliances and furniture gets soaked when you shower. I don’t know why and I don’t know how. AND the towels eww. I dried my body off and was filled with pet hair. What a nightmare. Before I got here I tried to get a refund because I did not want to stay with this company stay hospitality. They wouldn’t allow it. I had just stayed with them for 5 nights in a prior place. That hotel was full of mold they had to move me but it took them 2 days. I ended up getting severely sick. I requested to see the room at Eden to ensure I wouldn’t get sick from them again. I was given so much resistance. I am SEVERELY allergic to mold. I was previously bedridden for 2 years due to mold exposure. This company made me feel like they did not care about my health or well being. Take heed with this STAT HOSPITALITY.

Room was clean, close to beach,restaurants,and shopping. Parking can be tricky because you have a number for your parking. Most of time someone was parked in my spot. Parking is real tight. The washer and dryer were not working. The pool is small and clean. Host was very helpful, and so we're the grounds staff

The unit was tiny and barely clean there was no view of the beach although the 4min walk to the beach was very convenient. There was just one set of towels one wash cloth. We were there 5 days and it took 3days to get the requested amount towels and we had to buy wash clothes and towels. Toilet paper was half full and we had to go buy more cause they never came with anymore. So aggravating we barely stayed in the room cuz it was tight and just a total bust

It was a perfect little room and parking. Conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, shops and entertainment. We never had to worry about driving or parking somewhere. We could leave our car at the apartment and walk everywhere. It was never noisy. It was a perfect stay.

Everything was exactly what we needed! The room was clean. Amenities were sufficient. We loved how close to the beach and restaurants we were. We wish the daily parking wasn't so expensive but our stay at Eden was perfect!

Property is fairly well maintained, all appliances work, pool was kept fairly clean, no issues with having my dogs there, and the best part it waa just half a block away from the ocean. Great value.

This is a rip off. Can’t check in till 1pm. Pool is disgusting. Roaches on property. Will not let you have a refund. Pictures are of 3 different properties to fool you. Do not stay here!

Location is amazing, bed was comfortable and they have a cute set up, but with no one present, it is challenging to speak with anyone or get a towel. However, being a block from the beach, makes it worth it
