First the place looked very run-down. We didn't get any towels and when asked they said it was being washed, return at 11pm to get some. When we returned to get them, the girl said they were locked up in a cabinet and she didn't have the key....what? so no towels. There were roaches crawling on me at night and in the bathroom. Definitely don't stay here!!!

The room was dirty, there where bugs on the bed, the tub was dirty and the whole place needs to be fixed up we had to change rooms 5 times because the rooms was bad and the manager needs to learn how to talk to people she has a very bad attitude.

The worst experience I ever had I didn't stay to this hotel at the night I booked a new hotel and slept somewhere else I would like it to get back to my money for this terrible stay terrible smell dirty whatever you can imagine

The pool had no water in it. There was just one towel plus a bath mat. Stains in tub. There was garbage outside. Felt extremely unsafe. I was only staying one night and left by 5am as it was so horrible. No hairdryer in room or at front desk. Phone to front desk didn’t work.

Experience could definitely have been better: check in was pretty slow, remote didn't work in the room, TV connections were rusted, and the door front barely stayed closed. The overall aesthetic of the room was good and matched the photos, but the experience was below expectations and could use some much needed tlc. Wishing the best for the motel staff, as I can't imagine the job is easy.

Very thankful for the handicapped room/ bathroom set-up, plus parking right in front of room, and ability to take our dog. Very convenient location. Check-in wait was extremely long: several customers in a tiny lobby with only one person at Front Desk, who was required to walk to the back where management sat out of site, with any customer complaints (management did not appear). Overall, entire facility (including room) needs a lot of updating snd staff.

This was, without exaggeration, one of the most revolting places I have ever stepped foot in. The room was a biohazard masquerading as accommodation. There were bed bugs. Roach droppings smeared along the walls. The entire room reeked as if someone had just finished smoking a joint moments before we walked in. There were no blankets. No shower curtain. The sheets had visible blood stains on them. There were holes punched in the walls, and the door didn’t even shut properly — which, frankly, felt unsafe on top of everything else. When we brought these issues to the front desk, the response was just as appalling as the room itself. We were offered a literal sheet to hang as a curtain and told we could “maybe” get blankets “if they got cleaned soon enough.” That was the solution. This wasn’t just poor service — it was negligence. It is genuinely disturbing that a place in this condition is allowed to operate, let alone charge people to sleep there. The level of filth and disregard for basic health standards is unacceptable. Allowing human beings to stay in conditions like this is deplorable. Avoid at all costs

we didn’t stay there as soon as we got there. It looked like a slum with all kinds of people just hanging out in the parking lot. The front desk was nice, but couldn’t provide us with any help checking in early one day, but we decided to cancel our reservation because I just didn’t see the safety factor being there.

I feel sorry to say but there's no option for me. So we booked this hotel. We were four and the hotel couldn't even provide four pillows. It's 14. Bedrooms were not that clean and some kind of smell was there and swimming pool was empty. There's no water in the pool as shown in the picture and the area was not clean as expected. Also the there's like bucks small bugs flying around in the room for whole night. So overall it's not like with kids. It is a terrible for me 😭

We were not offered a shuttle, the two Ice machines were not in service , the room key deactivated after each use therefore had to go to the front desk to activate the key again, the community trash can outside the office were over flowing . When in the room , they did not look like the bright shiny room they picture showed. Which is fine pictures are never like the real thing , although we did not expect to find a crack pipe in the toilet!!

I feel badly writing this, since the staff was very nice and helpful, which seems to be a common thread throughout these reviews. But wow- the pictures and decent reviews of this place were deceiving. I traveled with my boyfriend and mom and it felt sketchy from the moment we checked in for our one night. My mom was afraid to walk to her room alone. My boyfriend was approached by a man who tried to give him cigarettes he stole from his wife since he wanted her to quit. Our rooms were still being cleaned when we checked in at 6:30pm. While they did seem clean enough, there were random holes in the bathtub (would never shower there anyway), paint splatters and chipped paint and wood all over the room, tears in the furniture, openings in the bottom of the doors, and more. No ice machines were working. The toilet in my mom’s room didn’t flush after one use. The pool also wasn’t open and there are ducks seemingly living there that blocked the pathways and also their feces was all over the sidewalk. The garbages were overflowing, shocked I didn’t see any rats but maybe the feral cats on the property take care of them. All that being said, it was close to the airport and again, the staff was friendly and helpful as they let us keep our luggage in their locked employee room while we returned our rental car. However, I would never stay here again.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Very run down, sketchy people. Staff were deaf to complaints. Was scared to even lift the covers to sleep. Air conditioner sounded like an airplane landing. Crammed 2 beds into a room made for 1. Shame on you Motel 6.

Don’t go here. Spend the extra $100 and choose a decent place. Roaches…we counted three, one dead. Bathroom not cleaned. No toiletries or towels. Holes in the wall. “Accessible” bathroom was so terrible we didn’t take a shower there and only slept there because we arrived at 2am because of a flight delay. Just not worth saving a few bucks. Contacted Motel 6 customer service they didn’t seem to care that this place represents their brand. I expected a clean decent room for a decent price. Nope. Never again.

Room was in need of a makeover and a good cleaning. The bathtub had black stuff all over it, and the toilet seat wasn’t even attached to the toilet. The room smelled terrible. When we checked in, the woman at the counter was on the phone with her son the whole time. There was garbage all around the bins outside the lobby. Cheap hotel stay but we definitely got what we paid for - glad it was only for a night.

We asked to get refunded because the room was trashed. It looked like there was a party in it and no maid service. Bed was undone and garbage in the room. Also pool was empty and people doing drugs on the balconies

The place was filthy, the checkin was a nightmare, the bathroom did not have soap or toilet paper and I had to be IN LINE for 30 minutes to get toilet paper and the matress was just miserably bad. Apart from that… they had hot water. Oh the shower was dirty as hell

They tried to double charge us. We had to phone Expedia and have them sort it out Also, we waited a couple hours for the room to be ready. Had to ask for soap and towels. Pool closed too.
