PERFECT BEACH GETAWAY-Las Playas -Walk to Beach, Shops & Dining

Only a 1/2 block to the beach! Live the Pompano Beach lifestyle in our super clean, updated townhome with 5G wifi internet, work or go to online school while in paradise. Featuring two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 10 foot high ceilings, tile and hardwood floors, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dine on the outdoor balcony with a barbecue grill. Washer/dryer in the house. NO CLEANING FEES. Walking distance to the beach, newly renovated fishing pier, restaurants and shopping.

The space
The beach is located a few steps at the end of the street. This is the very end of the public beach. Because there is very little public parking at this end, it's very quite. It's like being on a private beach but there is a lifeguard. Drive up to your reserved parking place which is right next to the unit. The foyer on the first level is where the laundry room is located. The kitchen, living room, half bath and balcony are on the second level. The two bedrooms which both have ensuite bathrooms are on the third floor.
This home has been freshly painted and updated with all new kitchenware, pots, pans and textiles. New Zinus 12 Inch Green Tea Memory Foam Mattresses.

Excellent location and beautiful home!

Everything Debra mentioned in the description of the home was true. Amazing location of the home and a half block to the beach. Short walk to town. Condo was super clean and kept in mint condition. No need to look for anything else!

Everything was perfect! Great location being only a short walk to the beach and pier. The property was one of the best we've stayed at. Has everything that you are looking for and Debra was a phenomenal!

Best Beach House!!!

This place is a perfect beach house! It is a short walk from the beach, about a 10-minute walk to all the restaurants, a playground, and a splash pad! It was the first time that we took our 2.5 year old daughter on vacation and she loved every minute of it. The townhome was clean and had everything that we needed including all the kids stuff like gates on the stairs, kids cups, bowls, and silverware. We could not recommend this place more for your trip as it was literally perfect!

Beautiful beach house!

Everything I could want in a beach getaway. Didn’t even need a car, walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops and the beautiful beach was a two minute walk at the end of the street. Immaculate townhome with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation, chairs, towels, even toys! I’ll be back!

Beautiful, Updated and Super Clean Townhome

We really enjoyed staying at Debra's gorgeous townhome and visiting the Pompano Beach area. The property was super clean and looked brand-new with beautiful furnishings throughout. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and all that Pompano Beach has to offer. Debra was quick to respond to any of our questions. Thank you for a great vacation!

Nice place, great location

This rental was perfect for my family of 4. The beach is literally steps away, and within walking distance are plenty of restaurants and shops. The rental is very well stocked with everything you need. There's plenty of dishes and cookware in the kitchen. There's a cooler, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and toys for the beach. If I'm in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

Family Fun

I was in the area for a work trip and decided my fiancé and grandkids would enjoy some beach time. We arrived late in the evening and Debra made check-in a breeze. The home was very clean and spacious enough for our grandkids to spread out. Most importantly, especially when traveling with younger children, safety is a priority. We had great interactions with anyone we encountered and never felt the least bit unsafe. The beach and shops are within walking distance. Debra made the kids light up as they found boogie boards and sand pails for their beach trips. Our week of family fun was a success and we appreciate all the little details Debra provided.

Pompano Adventure

This home was the perfect “home away from home”! You can tell Debra really thought about the details for families with kids. From night lights throughout the house, to a complete beach set (chairs, umbrella, cooler, skim boards...) all was provided for you. The house was clean and steps away from the beach. She also had a box of fresh donuts waiting for us when we arrived! Thanks for allowing us to create fun, memorable memories!

Great VRBO, great location

We stayed here for a week and were impressed with the house and the location. There is plenty of space and amenities were a nice touch over renting a hotel room. Debra is quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Definitely recommend staying here!
