Lovely apartment

Apartment was very clean; nice, quiet neighborhood, easy drive to many restaurants and grocery store. Outside seating area was nice but needs some clean up (old chair thrown in shrubbery) and sliding glass door needs replaced. Comfortable with basic necessities.
