Perfect house in a great location

My family ( two adults and two children 6 & 12) were in town for a gymnastics meet at the Broward county convention center. House was exactly what we needed. Perfect location, close to the convention center yet also close to downtown for restaurants and beach. Neighborhood is safe to run in the mornings and well lit. The house itself was super clean and had everything we needed. The Keurig coffee maker with pods was appreciated. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. The pool was the perfect size for my daughters and we loved the outside TV. Access to the pool through the bedrooms was perfect. My 12-year-old daughter absolutely loved the, "fancy" light up bathroom mirror. And my 6-year-old loved the swing in the front yard. Definitely recommend this house for anyone looking in the Fort Lauderdale area. Thanks!!

Great stay wonderful host

My family of 4 with two teenage boys really enjoyed our stay at Rio Retreat. The host was very accommodating with an early check in. The bathroom and kitchen are recently renovated. I loved walking in the neighborhood and the boys enjoyed the pool after long days of sports.

A relaxing and lovely stay

On our family vacation from Wisconsin-Stayed in a few hotels and another home. *This one was such a treat. Clean, bright and welcoming. We loved the minimalist look, yet had everything we needed. The 2 swings are such a fun addition. The kids had a blast in the pool and playing games. The adults enjoyed the privacy, complimentary coffee, outdoor television and PERFECT location. The hosts had prompt and clear communication from booking to check -in and anything we needed in the meantime. Really the best location for a vacation, easy access to restaurants, the beach and more. We sure will be back!
