Enjoy the convenience of a world-class residency with the unique character of a private owner's suite. Enough space to comfortably sleep 6 people, this condo has all the W amenities along with floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping views of the ocean. Steps away from high-end restaurants, and personalized service on the beach, the W provides Bike Rentals, Beach Attendant with chairs, umbrellas, water & towels.

The Space:

You will be greeted by a bright and sunny Florida sky when you enter this property, with glass windows and sliding glass doors throughout, all leading to an expansive balcony from which to admire the gorgeous blue ocean and appealing Ft. Lauderdale beach.

On one side of the condo, Bedroom 1 is equipped with a king bed, TV and en suite bathroom with shower.

In the middle of the unit, you'll find a sleek, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table that seats 6 people, and a comfortable sitting area with TV.

On the other side of the condo, Bedroom 2 is equipped with a king bed, TV and in-room soaking tub, shower, and separated toilet area. There is also a stacked washer/dryer combo in a closet in this bedroom for your convenience.

The balcony is accessible from all three rooms and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and evening glass of wine.

The Neighborhood:

This ideal location is in the middle of all the action in Fort Lauderdale!

We're just walking distance from the world-famous Fort Lauderdale beach, with its sugar-white sand and aquamarine Atlantic Ocean!

Steps away from Las Olas Blvd, home to nearly every type of restaurant available, from simple to fine dining, art galleries and fine shops. You'll find so many different regional cuisines, French, Argentinian, Brazilian, Peruvian, or Middle Eastern. And then go back for all-time favorites like Mexican, Italian, Greek, or American fare. Leave room for dessert, as there's plenty of options for that on Las Olas, too! And for our plant-based friends, vegan and vegetarian dishes are easily available.

For a quick and casual vegan meal, try SoBe Vegan, just across the street from the Tiffany House.

And it doesn't stop with restaurants on Las Olas. As varied as the food choices are, so are your shopping options. From clothes and souvenirs, to home furnishings, to children's items, to books, you'll have to try hard to go home empty-handed!

And the nightlife! Whether you're searching for just a simple pub for a quiet drink, a sports bar to route for your favorite team, or a nightclub to dance the night away, you'll find it at Las Olas.

Make sure you take at least one type of cruise while you're here. There are so many to choose from! Adventurous guests might enjoy an airboat ride in the Everglades, while sweethearts might better enjoy a champagne sunset cruise. Friend groups can try a party boat cruise, while the more athletic guests could try their hands at parasailing.

In Fort Lauderdale, you're only limited by your imagination.

Other things to note:

IMPORTANT *You can only check-in into the condominium between 4 PM to 8 PM.*

All guests are required by the hotel to pay a mandatory amenity fee of $62.15 per unit, per night, at the time of check-in. This will include the following services:

- Daily Beach Chairs (2) and Umbrella (1) per room
- Access to the West Pool (Guests no longer have access to the Wet East pool)
- Daily yoga classes at 8am
- Daily 2 hour bike rental for 2 guests
- Daily enhanced hi-Speed internet access (Wi-Fi)

As of Feb 15th 2025, access to Wet West Pool is available at no additional charge. Access to Wet East pool is $125.00 per guest per day to be paid at W residence desk.

The hotel charges a parking fee of $60 + 7% tax per vehicle per night. Paid street parking is also available, but it is limited.

House Rules:

If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.

Pet Policy:

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $250, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Mail:

Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.

We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.

If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.

If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.

If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.

Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.

The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Pool:

If the property has a private pool, please understand that we service all of our pools weekly. Due to our tropical surroundings and lush vegetation, it is not unexpected that debris will all into the pool. Though it may give the appearance otherwise, the pool is still clean.
Our technicians maintain the pools with the correct balance of chemicals on a weekly basis. We are unable to send them out to properties to sweep up daily debris. Pool skimmers are available at each property for guests' convenience.

If your private pool is exceptionally dirty or you find items other than vegetation in it, please contact us and we will remediate the situation.

If you are in a property with a shared pool, such as a condominium, please be advised that most condominium communities have their own pool cleaning schedules that we have no influence over. If you experience a problem other than normal daily debris, please let us know and we will make inquiries on your behalf.

Privacy:

This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

Starter Supplies:

We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.

Great building, but I think this particular unit uses a chatbot for customer service, or maybe they outsource to a different country. The property management company didn't seem to understand what we were saying, and things weren't properly addressed or fixed. Most were minor, but a stinging showerhead meant 6 of us had to share one shower. If you can get another unit in the building, go for it. The area was great, and the W staff was terrific.
