"Ultimate Beach House" è la casa perfetta per una vacanza al mare o una riunione di famiglia. La nostra casa è una casa sulla spiaggia unica nel suo genere a differenza di qualsiasi altra casa in Ft. Lauderdale. Votata la migliore nuova casa sulla spiaggia a Los Olas sulla spiaggia. Si tratta di un cottage sulla spiaggia a "5 livelli" che dispone di 6 camere da letto, 4. 5 bagni, sala da pranzo con 12 posti a sedere, soggiorno e zona colazione con 4 posti a sedere. Al piano inferiore c'è una grande camera a castello per i bambini che dormono 4. Al piano inferiore c'è anche un enorme ritrovo con TV a grande schermo, tavolo da biliardo e freccette e un divano letto che si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale. Abbiamo una bella piscina di 24 piedi con una piccola cascata d'acqua. Abbiamo una zona salotto all'aperto con una buca per il fuoco. Può ospitare comodamente da 12 a 19 persone. Tutto in casa è nuovissimo, dai pavimenti alle finestre, ai tre televisori a schermo grande da 80 "e ai nuovi mobili.

Siamo situati perfettamente vicino a tutto. Ancora più importante, siamo a soli 97 passi dalla spiaggia. Siamo a 2 miglia dal Los Olas Blvd, 1. 2 miglia dal centro commerciale Galleria, 1 miglio da Target, 1. 2 miglia dalla drogheria Publix.

Had the greatest stay and can’t speak highly enough about the house, host, communication, location, and ease. Exceeded expectations in every way and highly recommend this VRBO for any group or family that is looking for a knockout Ft. Lauderdale experience.

This was our third spring break in the Ft Lauderdale area and this was the best house yet. Very roomy for our group of four adults. Short walk to the beach. We spent a ton of time at the pool and really enjoyed the house in the evening. House had everything we needed and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Leo, the property manager, is fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, a great house!!

We had the most perfect vacation because of our stay at this perfect beach house! The house itself is beautiful. The location is unbeatable. It is steps from the sand. The pool is perfect. We spent many hours in it cooling off and playing with the kids. And the house has everything you need- including so many thoughtful finishing touches for people traveling in with airline luggage restrictions. And the beds are unbelievably comfortable! It truly was a dream vacation and we can’t thank you enough! We’re already looking forward to our stay next year.

Great property. Well represented in description. Both owner and property manager were very attentive. Took care of any additional needs. We had 4 adults 7 kids ages 5-15 and everyone had plenty of space. My wife(not a rental home fan) even enjoyed the house and stated she would stay again! Huge win! Thanks Doug and Leo!

Our family of 11 - 6 adults and 5 children under 10 had a fabulous stay. Besides the location being ideal - only a short walk to the beach - the house was perfect. The living space was super comfortable, the kitchen was great and the bonus of the heated pool, beach chairs and supplies were all excellent.Thank you to Ashley and Doug

Location was wonderful. Place decorated nicely and had everything you could want. Unfortunately, the pictures as shown on Vrbo were probably taken when it was new. The place shows a lot of wear and tear. Large enough to accommodate a large group. Called property manager when we arrived late to say coffee pot missing from coffee maker. Next morning brand new coffee maker was outside door. That is great service. Overall good stay but not best property we stayed at.

We had a great week with family. Perfect for 2 separate families to stay under the same roof and still be able to have some private time when needed. The pool a with the close proximity to the ocean gave us the feel of an ocean front condominium but having the benefit of multi room house. Our family “beaches” all over and this property stands out as one of our favorite places. Fort Lauderdale is great and we would love to recreate the experience down the road.

From the moment we landed the house manager was in contact with us. They actually got us in earlier for check in which was nice surprise. The house was even better in person! It has anything you could think of needing from pots, pans, our own pool, pool rafts, beach chairs, towels, coolers, canopy for the beach and beach stroller! We were a party of 10 and had tons of room to spread out. Very clean! Absolutely perfect for us Moms and our daughters. Definitely planning our next trip with the girls here next year!

This was one of the best vacations we took with family. We had 9 adults, everyone had the perfect space. The house was big enough where everyone felt comfortable. It was perfect for walking to the beach. When everyone had enough of the beach we walked back and relaxed by the pool. Perfect place, would do it there every year.

We came to celebrate with my 89 year old dad and our 5 year old grandson. There were 10 of us and plenty of room! There happened to be a monsoon ( 10 inches of rain!!) and we lost power for a day. The host was AMAZING and sent a care package with everything we needed.. ( including wine!!) House was beautiful and very well stocked with everything you need ( pans-plates-dishes..ect) The ocean view from mammoth dining room table was awesome. Would 100% return -Side note- we have never stayed at a VRBO property that was SO awesome about heating pool.. was a definite plus as we have one at home and keep it around 87 degrees and this felt the same! Leo - the caretaker was a absolute gem to work with and VERY responsive!

Best vacation ever in Ft. Lauderdale beach. Amazing house, location. The house decor is breathtaking. They house has everything you need to have a great time with family. Pictures show exactly what your eyes will be enjoying during your stay in the house. Manager Leo, always available to help or answer any questions. Will be go back , for sure!! Thank you!

This was a perfect location for a family getaway. The pool was awesome, the beach just a few steps away (you do have to cross a street, but it was never an issue, even with young children) The house was perfect- a true beach house. Most well stocked kitchen of any VRBO I've ever rented and the host had plenty of pool toys, floats, beach towels, etc. Highly recommend!

For a home built in the 1940's its a pretty nice home, but it needs some love (maintenance). But it was perfect for my family on 9, we all enjoyed the stay and the home has some niche areas that we all loved. We would go back for sure.

House is really great. Super close to the beach & lots of bars / restaurants. Very responsive hosts. Super clean & organized. Slightly rustic and cozy. Stocked with everything you need and comfortable enough for large groups to have privacy. 10/10 recommend.
