Lussuosa villa completamente nuova a Fort Lauderdale. Situato sull'acqua e dotato di una piscina privata (acqua salata) riscaldata. Il cortile è a ovest e completamente al sole fino al tramonto. C'è un nuovo barbecue disponibile. Il giardino anteriore e posteriore sono illuminati di sera da una bella illuminazione. Una posizione molto centrale, la spiaggia, Las Olas Boulevard, Wilton Drive, LA fitness e il centro commerciale Coral Ridge con vari negozi e supermercati sono a 5 minuti.

La casa ha un bellissimo aspetto lussuoso e una finitura di altissima qualità. Gli interni classici moderni sono di buon gusto e nuovi ed è dotato di tutti i comfort. In questa villa vivrai un meraviglioso soggiorno con la famiglia e / o gli amici.

Ci sono tre grandi televisori a schermo piatto installati con un abbonamento Xfinity con un enorme numero di canali televisivi. Queste TV si possono trovare nella camera da letto principale, nel soggiorno e si può anche godere di una TV dai comodi mobili da esterno in piscina.

La villa è dotata di una spaziosa cucina, dove è possibile cucinare durante il vostro soggiorno. Troverete anche un sacco di oggetti in vetro in cucina e bicchieri di plastica per l'uso in piscina. Il frigorifero / congelatore è dotato di un produttore di ghiaccio.

Molti asciugamani si trovano nei bagni e nella lavanderia. Ci sono anche tipici asciugamani da bagno spessi molto confortevoli di lusso americano per l'uso in piscina. I bagni sono dotati di doccia e la camera matrimoniale è dotata anche di un comodo bagno con vasca idromassaggio.

La camera da letto principale ha un grande letto king-size ed è dotata di un grande televisore a schermo piatto. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto queen-size e la terza camera da letto sull'acqua ha due letti singoli che sono uniti. Tutte le camere sono arredate con gusto.

We enjoyed the house. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen pots was durable. I loved that there were food seasonings available. Thanks Lisa! My only 3 cons was the living with the Iguanas. They scared the crap out of me daily lol. The Mosquitoes was terrible and the pool could have been cleaner. Maybe screening the patio and pool area off will cure those issues. But other than that. We Enjoyed Our Stay.
This was the Iguanas walking daily lol they are cute. But I don’t like creepy crawlers

Our family enjoyed all this property offered - especially the warm salt water pool! The grand boys were in it every day and loved their room with the twin beds. It felt like we were at home - we made great family memories. Thank you to the hosts for their quick responses to our minor questions - no delay. This was an awesome stay!

We enjoyed our stay. We would have liked more wash clothes for bathing but we purchased some and left them at the property so other renters would have use of them. The pool area was very nice but the mosquitoes and flying bugs were a nuisance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and the location was perfect. Contact with the host was easy, and she responded promptly. We enjoyed the various species of birds and lizards. We even caught a fish in the canal, which we threw back. The home looked as nice as the photos on the VRBO website. We wished that all 3 bedrooms had TVs. One bedroom did not. The neighbors and neighborhood were quiet and peaceful. I would stay here again overall.

The home was beautiful just as the pictures stated. We enjoyed the pool/river view. Lots of animals to watch as you sit outside enjoying the sunny day. The TV on the patio was a nice touch! Location was superb! Many local grocery stores and close to the Fort Lauderdale Beach where we rented bikes and rode for miles.

The house was amazing. Very relaxing and great view of the canal. Enjoyed watching the fish fly up into the air. The host was was very attentive. The pool was great. We had everything we needed. Outdoor area was beautiful and comfortable. We didn’t have time to use the grill but would have been ideal. Rooms were specious and well furnished. Really didn’t like the artwork (a little scary. Easy access to house, shopping center, beach. I would highly recommend and will definitely come back. Negatives: Didn’t like the artwork. (Its a preference thing) Some of it was kind of scary. The fridge had a broken shelf/snack tray and the ice maker didn’t work. Lots of gnats, went through 3 citronella buckets. But it was all manageable. Mall problem with palmetto bugs or pantry bugs above the coffee maker cabinets. But not too bad. Overall we had a great time.

We had a great experience at this location. The owner communicated with us and we got in with no issues. The property is exactly what is advertised. Everything was clean and fresh. We had a great vacation here and would definitely visit location again in the future. Pool was awesome. Went to beach one day, only 8 minutes away in traffic.

We just went down for a long weekend it turned out we didn't want to leave, we tried to stay, but unfortunately it was booked. WE had a little glitch getting in the first day, but Lisa was right on it. I texted her and within 5 minutes she texted back and we were in. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room comfortable. The backyard area though was outstanding. With the pool and canal in the back with comfortable places to sit and relax. Truly a great vacation, and I hope I get a chance to stay there again.

The location was close to stores and restaurants. The layout of the house was great for two couples. We had some issues with the tv and the pool upon arrival. Lisa did get it fixed but it took a few days. The saltwater pool was amazing and was at a perfect temperature. All in all we had a great week and would go back again.

The house itself is very nice. The pool is absolutely beautiful, That is where we spent most of our time. Centrally located to shopping and beach about a 15 minute drive. Would stay here again. Host very easy to communicate with!!!
