Outside pool deck features cozy shady lanai area , plush furniture , Bbq grill and lounges. The home is a boatmen dream - easy and quick ocean access without any fixed bridges, deep water canal and 75 ft of water frontage. House is located within minutes ( walking distance) to the beach and infamous Las Olas Blvd with its endless restaurants, boutiques, art galleries , bakeries and more ! Just steps from the waterfront parks, salons and Spas, and Las Olas Marina!

Nice location but noisy

We spent the month of February in this house. The location close to Las Olas was convenient and the general location is a street of very large houses The problem is that there is major construction on the street, including the houses on either side of this house. The noise of hammering, etc started at 8 am and continued until around 5 pm, spoiling our use/enjoyment of the lovely back patio during that period. The house itself is pleasant. Our main problem was that the third bedroom is off the kitchen and has a curtain instead of a door, so that any kitchen sounds wake that sleeper. The management was responsive and helpful

Very Cozy Waterfront home

We were very comfortable staying at this house. The beds were comfortable and their was plenty of space even though it was a small home. It was charming. :)

Nice home in a great location with some drawbacks

This home is well kept, spacious, and in a great location. We enjoyed the backyard sitting area and the size of the bedrooms. Things to know- the pool is NOT heated. The listing does not say it’s heated, so this was not misleading but it is easy to miss. We were there during a very cold week and could not use the pool. There are many many homes in the area with heated pools, so I think this is a miss. Also, if you’re traveling with kids, the bunk room is great but it’s right off of the kitchen and does not have a door. Even a curtain would be helpful here. The property manager was helpful but did say they don’t supply additional toilet paper if you run out. I’ve rented many homes and this was a first. Overall, this home and the experience does not feel “luxury” as stated in the listing. It is clean and well kept, so it’s easy to be comfortable there. However, at this price point we expected more.

Family Holiday Trip.

This is an amazing place an amazing location. I would recommend it to anyone. A note to the owner, you definitely need more towels, hand towels, and washcloths. There are lots of beach towels, but I had to do laundry every day for showers. Please do not let that deter anyone from staying here. It’s a great house!!
