I am a frequent traveler in the Florida area and I rate this property as one of the best in South Florida. Staff is amazing and by the beach.

Pool closed by Health Dept, not advertised as such

I booked specifically because I wanted to use the pool. There is a sign on the pool saying closed by Health Dept since 2/15. The first night I arrived I slipped on the floor due to water on the floor leaking from the refrigerator. These issues ruined my stay. The manager said they would refund some of my money but they have not. The property and location is excellent but the bathtub is in very poor condition. For this amount of money there should be a pool as shown in the photos, a bathtub that is in good condition and not have water on the floor from the refrigerator.
