“Yes and yes. The staff at breakfast and dinner were awesome! Even when super busy they were polite, kind and had a smile on their face. The food is excellent!”

“The property is undergoing renovation so they are trying to keep it operating during the remodeling. The staff is very friendly, the pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained.”

“We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...
