“The room was spacious and the location was good Reception staff was friendly and attentive. However, the housekeeping staff does need to be trained regarding cleaning expectations. In the four nights we stayed, our room was never vacuumed once. I even left a dirty tissue in the middle of the room to see of it would be picked up and it was not. “The property has a great location and a really nice neighborhood around it! Really convenient to things a person might need while staying in Tucson. The casita we had was not very clean - my wife had to re-wash the dishes and pots in the kitchen we wanted to use and we had to sweep the floor as well. “Yes and yes. The staff at breakfast and dinner were awesome! Even when super busy they were polite, kind and had a smile on their face. The food is excellent!”

“First of all, I just wanted to mention that the place was very unclean. There was bugs on the bed next to me and stains on the sheets. We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain. I would love to have my money back if possible since we were only there for a few hours.”

“The staff is very courteous, the rooms are clean, and the place is very quiet at all hours of the night. There is plenty of parking, the pool was clean, and our girls jumped in it two out of the four nights we stayed in the hotel. The breakfast was good and plenty. Overall the place is family friendly, and we even made friends with another family of four that were in town for the same taekwondo tournament as us. The atmosphere was ambient, considering we went there in June and it was really hot....
