“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room had a strong unpleasant odor upon arrival, and the couches were visibly stained, which made the room feel unclean. The restroom was extremely small and not very comfortable to use. The doors throughout the property made loud noises whenever they opened or closed, which was disruptive. “The Viscount hotel has been around for a long time. The entrance was beautiful and a large atrium with fountain was nice but not used. The room&hallway carpet were quite stained and looked dirty. The suite room was really dark/horrible lighting old . Our refrigerator was broke, the pull out bed had a trashed mattress, the bathroom was out of date, old plastic shower head that didn’t work good, and faucet that leaked. “Clean, nice staff, relaxing, family friendly.”

“The resort amenities are great with the available swimming pool and an exercise area with new equipment. The restaurant had outdoor tables and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The menu was the usual resort offerings. The mattress was slightly old and tended to sag on my side although it seemed fine on the other side.”

“Had a wonderful visit. All family and friends was there for a celebration of life and we had a great family and friend visit. All employees was wonderful. Rooms was clean and great.”

“We really enjoyed our stay as we have stayed there several times in the past month however when we went down to grab breakfast there were no more potatoes or muffins and when we asked for more the guy said it was too close to breakfast being over so basically too bad and to come earlier next time which was sad.
