“The room and hotel layout is great. The location is central to Tucson. The rooms are quite dated. The blackout curtains had holes in them that allowed early (5:30) sunlight in. The breakfast was hot and the eggs seemed real, not powdered. However, there wasn't much variety. Staff was cordial and the room was clean. Under the category of you get what you pay for, it's quite reasonable.”

“We have been coming to this Marriott property annually to visit our grandchildren and when we arrived, they said the pool was closed for deep cleaning when in fact it was a broken pump and every day we were told was being fixed and never was until our last night there. They had a note on the pool saying due to anyone inconvenience please ask at the front desk for special accommodations. I spoke with Kathey the manager and asked if we could switch to another room as the fold our couch was like...

“Very quiet and peaceful stay in a comfortable, clean and uniquely decorated room that feels very fun and personalized compared to your usual hotel room. Check-in was very easy, coming in the form of a text message to your phone, containing codes to unlock the front gate, as well as your room. There are only a small handful of rooms available (maybe 6?) so the location is never crowded or noisy, which is appreciated. Overall great stay here, and would definitely book again!”

“The rooms were fine, I had issues with television and clothes dryer, staff did address the issue following my request. We did need to check out one day early and were denied a refund on our bill because reservations were made through a third party stating they are not able to accommodate this request. When I attempted to contact initially, I was not able to contact directly therefore requiring me to secure reservation through another source. The request to check out early was provided 48 hours...
