“The Viscount hotel has been around for a long time. The entrance was beautiful and a large atrium with fountain was nice but not used. The room&hallway carpet were quite stained and looked dirty. The suite room was really dark/horrible lighting old . Our refrigerator was broke, the pull out bed had a trashed mattress, the bathroom was out of date, old plastic shower head that didn’t work good, and faucet that leaked. “This property shows it’s wear. It is located on a busy street and outside noise is very prevalent when trying to sleep. Staff was less than enthusiastic about assisting but did so begrudgingly when we requested clean towels after not receiving maid service. Will not stay here again.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room had a strong unpleasant odor upon arrival, and the couches were visibly stained, which made the room feel unclean. The restroom was extremely small and not very comfortable to use. The doors throughout the property made loud noises whenever they opened or closed, which was disruptive. The check-in experience could have been better as well. The receptionist did not provide complete instructions, and we did not feel welcomed with the warmth and...

“The check-in was a little confusing with the digital locks, but the staff talked me through it easily. It was nice to be able to text an actual person. I will definitely be back there. It’s the perfect location and still very quiet.”

“This is a really great place to stay. It's clean, well maintained, the kitchen area is on par with other places charging a much higher rate, the staff have always been amazing to work with, is pet friendly, is close to the interstate, and is close to many conveniences (coffee shops, restaurants, and stores for necessities). This will be my go to every time I am passing through Tucson.”
