“Everything was stained including the bathtub. Extremely outdated. Completely understaffed. I felt so bad for the First Lady that helped us at the front desk on check in. The 2nd lady was SO RUDE! We had no bedding in our room, when she was asked for some she was completely overwhelmed being the only person working it seemed. It was an awful experience.Room was ok but outdated and no pull out in the sofa. Not a very comfortable stay.”

“Our stay was fabulous! The Armory Park Inn is outstanding in *every* respect. From the gorgeous interior to the gracious staff, my wife and I knew we had found a winner. Amy and Dora anticipated every need we could have, with snacks, plentiful towels, fast wi-fi, robes, even blackout curtains. “The rooms were fine, I had issues with television and clothes dryer, staff did address the issue following my request. We did need to check out one day early and were denied a refund on our bill because reservations were made through a third party stating they are not able to accommodate this request. When I attempted to contact initially, I was not able to contact directly therefore requiring me to secure reservation through another source. The request to check out early was provided 48 hours...

“Homeless people outside and you would't want to walk to nearby restaurants as I was advised when I called after a long work day and they said they were within 5 minutes walking distance...homeless people and not a very good area. I drove around forever to find a restaurant and parking is horrible.”
