“This budget hotel was perfect, but the staff really excelled. I received above and beyond good service and a cheerful and helpful attitude from everyone I interacted with. A special thanks to Louisa (or was it Lydia?) who helped return some items I had left in room. She showed kindness and initiative where many others would not have. Sorry I'm uncertain about the name, but I'm 100% in my admiration and gratitude.”
