“Excellent breakfast! Comfy beds! Very clean. ”

“clean room. location is a bit funky to get in and out of but nice hotel. gym off lobby is decent. a bottle of complimentary water would have been nice.”

“We have stayed here several times on our way to and from florida. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. There is a great Mexican restaurant just across the parking lot. And there is a Culver's just around the corner. Also situated so you do not have to go back out onto the main highways. ”

“Absolutely disgusting. Dead bugs covering the floors, edges of counters being held on by scotch tape. Dried human blood on the floor. Spoke with staff about this, they said since I booked through Expedia, I would have to contact them for refund, but the front desk managers (Jayden/Sherron) would be happy to approve my refund to Expedia upon their phone call. They did not. I lost $120 because of this abominable place, so I will never be recommending this location, hotel chain, or Expedia to...

“Easy check in, cleaner than most we've stayed at near Carowinds. I bought the insurance, and needed to cancel the last night I booked, and didn't get to, so the insurance wasn't worth paying for. ”

“When we arrived I was given a room that was not as expected BUT the staff made it right and gave me another room with no hesitation which I greatly appreciated.. The "main" breakfast such as biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc was gone at 9:10AM (was supposed to be available until 9:30AM) but we made do and ate cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall we had a very nice experience and would stay there again.”

“When we came in to check in there was an odd smell in the lobby. It was clean looking, but it needs a fresh smell when you first walk in. The room also had a stale smell. The room was ok and we felt safe at the facility.”
