“The main thing that stayed out to me is that while sitting in the parking lot for the Hampton I booked the hotel that was closest to me and I booked the wrong hotel. I had to call customer service and talk to Mohammed with Expedia. He was understanding and was able to get my reservations from Gastonia refunded so I could stay at this hotel where I was parked. The survey expired too quick for me to thank him and I could not thank him enough. For the actual Hampton Inn, the night clerk was great...

“The room was great. The bed was tight and firmly made. The staff and vallet were great. They gave me the accommodations that I needed. I would recommended this establishment to all my family and friends. The staff even put my luggage in my vehicle, so I wouldn't be late to the Panthers Game. The price for the hotel is very reasonable as well and downtown, not to mention a block up, you have Ri Ra Pub and club Prohibition (highly recommended both!!). ”
