“It was rainy during my visit. The room had the sent of a nursing home. The bed covers looked like they had stains on them. The room and beds were otherwise nice. It was super convenient to visit Gardner-Webb University.”

“Our room smelled like pets. In particular it smelled like a dog kennel. I have allergies and it caused me to become very congested and made me sneeze a lot. There was a terribly loud and persistent noise coming from the thermostat and heat/cool unit in our room. It started up about every five minutes or so. Even after we turned it off it made loud noises like an industrial refrigerator. 👎”

“Excellent clean room and facilities. The staff was courteous and customer service oriented. Added bonus; free breakfast.”

“The room we stayed in was filthy. Ordered a non-smoking room and it smelled like an ashtray. Something that looked like blood on the wall in the bathroom. Sheets and towels were clean but that was about it. When I picked up the key at the front desk - the lobby had the aroma of marijuana. So I assume that the clerk was probably high. paid $77 & some change. Not worth 20$ Do not recommend.”

“Someone attempted to break into my vehicle and other guest’s vehicles in the parking lot of the Hotel. The manager did allow my husband to view cameras but the angles of the cameras did not show much so they should either have some kind of security or add cameras to ensure the entire property can be watched or caught on camera. “The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. The third night I had to find someone in housekeeping to get clean towels. The room was nonsmoking but obvious it had been smoked in. I reported...

“Everything was fine, good breakfast, staff was great, room was confortable and clean. 106 / 5.000 I can only say that the bathroom had not been swept well as I found a pill under the sink. But the rest was clean. ”
