“Beware of staying at this particular Hampton Inn. The building is not being properly maintained. Wallpaper peeling off in hallways, dirty corners, sloppy repairs noted. It appears to accommodate a lot of traveling construction workers. The room we were given had a very dirty toilet and caulk slopped all in the interior of the sink. We went to another Hampton Inn on the other side of town to see if we could switch hotels, but we could not bc we booked through Expedia. Expedia did call our hotel...

“Front desk staff was RUDE (except for our checkout gentleman). The guy who sits in the corner during the week, almost never made eye contact with anyone. We were not permitted to check in 20 minutes early, so don't expect that. “The only good thing I can say about this property was the man at the front desk. He was very kind and unstanding when after going to my room and seeing how awful it was he was understanding that I couldn't stay there. The room was old and very run down. The bed had cigarette burns and stains all over it, along with many hairs in the sheets. The bathroom was stained and dirty looking. The door to the room had a huge gap under it that all kinds of critters could crawl under it. I did not feel safe...
