“In the average disorganized ;expected to breakfast included in the price but was not- second I paid for breakfast now it take me a week to get refunded the deposit if 50 dollars they ask me to put down - not a good policy ; I’m unhappy ”

“Updated and modern, wooden floors are nice si that there’s not that typical carpet small that most hotels have. Clean and bright. Unsustainable using all plastic and throwaway. Breakfast was fine, coffee subpar ”

“Absolutely love my stay at the Element, and a big reason for that is because of the hotel staff. Everyone at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Ashely working at breakfast buffet was so kind and made great food. The hotel is in a convenient location, you're right by a bunch of restaurants, Whole Foods, and museums (highly recommended the discover science center). The room is cozy, the bed is comfy, and everything else is great too. I have no complaints at all.”

“While we normally don't stay in a Comfort or Sleep Inn, this one was rated an 8.6 - so how bad could it be? Upon arriving, the lobby was so over-sanitized that the smell was overwhelming. Can only imagine why. Dirty elevator, carpets, exhaust fans, etc. On top of it, the staff was inattentive at best and couldn't even find anyone at checkout. Don't be fooled by misleading ratings!”

“Everything was fine. Breakfast was the usual, but good. I have to admit the bed was extremely comfortable. No aches and pains in the morning. Staff was pleasant and professional. We stay here every year on our way home from Florida.”

“It’s the perfect hotel for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and professional. Wish you didn’t have to call for the shuttle but it should pass like the other hotels every half hour. ”

“Le déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur des attentes. Des oeufs brouillés au lieu de 2 sortes d'omelettes aurait été un meilleur choix et pas de pain, que ce soit pain brun ou blanc seulement des bagels ??? Laver nos cheveux avec du body wash n'est pas très génial alors au lieu de 2 bouteilles de Body wash, une de shampoing aurait été préférable ”
