“Nicest staff of any hotel we’ve stayed! There was a water main break in the area during our stay and the hotel had no water, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate everyone. The hotel is right across from Carowinds, super convenient. The hotel is dated, but very clean. We will definitely stay here in the future. ”
“The staff here is amazing. Was running late for work and breakfast had just finished, was grabbing a coffee on my way out and the lady cleaning up let me grab a couple grab quick snacks for the day before putting them away. And on check out she remember me and missing breakfast again offered a couple coffee cakes. Talk about going above and beyond. What a great staff. Will definitely be back”
“My boyfriend and i had our 3 boys (his 11 yr old and my 11 and 13 yr old) plus his childs 11 yr old friend and we had an amazing time. Felt safe and comfortable enough to let our kids eat up front by themselves. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. Will be staying thete again when possible.”
