“Everything was great except my pick up from the hotel. I was left by the shuttle twice and decided to just take a cab because the hour was getting late. My overall stay was great though.”

A special thanks to Louisa (or was it Lydia?) who helped return some items I had left in room. She showed kindness and initiative where many others would not have. Sorry I'm uncertain about the name, but I'm 100% in my admiration and gratitude.”
