The incredible outdoor entertainment area includes a spacious pool deck with private heated pool & spa complete with waterfalls, elevated outdoor kitchen, as well as an outdoor shower. You & your guests can enjoy picture-perfect sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, including views all the way to Sanibel Island & Naples. This luxury home offers 4 bedrooms, complete with 4 ensuite bathrooms, as well as a half bath on the second level and the open-concept layout is perfect for entertaining; from the gourmet chef's kitchen to the stunning dining & living area decorated with a high-end, coastal contemporary flare. The private elevator provides both luxury and ease during your stay. You have everything that you need at your fingertips in order to ensure that you get to spend your time soaking up the sun, either poolside or on the sugar sand beach overlooking the turquoise water of the Gulf. The air-conditioned lower level is complete with an area for relaxation, as well as with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, kayaks and a stand-up paddle board. Our group of 8 had an amazing stay at this property! Location was excellent. You cannot beat having the beach and your own pool 24/7! My two five year olds had plenty to do. The house was more than accommodating for this many people. I absolutely would stay here again!!

Great time had by all!

We visited Fort Myers beach for our kids’ spring break. Loved the location of the house. The beach was never crowded. The view of the beech from the house was great. Our kids could come and go as they pleased and we could keep an eye on them from the house, which was great. The fake grass area between the pool and ocean was also nice. We brought a couple of lawn chairs out there and hung out where there was a nice breeze from the ocean. The house was as described in the listing. There were a couple of minor issues, but that’s to be expected with any vacation rental property. The lock from the pool to the lower level was broken so we couldn’t lock that door. It was fine because there were two more doors on the way into the house, which we could lock at night. The washing machine was broken upon arrival, but they worked to get that fixed very quickly. Again, not a problem. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and the house. Very nice and Id recommend it to anyone looking for a solid house on the beach in Fort Myers.

Ft meyer’s beach, seaside dream

Place is fantastic. Originally had the place for 2 weeks. First week with the entire family. 6 adults and 2 kids each 18 months. Second week was just for mom and Dad. Enjoyed the property and area so well we extended the trip to a 3rd week.

Gorgeous home well appointed. Amazing view. Great layout. Can’t say enough about it. Arlan was amazing took care of any needs. Just a great week by the water. Traffic is the only lower point but it’s not the houses fault. You really don’t want t to leave anyway.

Perfect location

Every member of the family was very happy with the house and location. Our 10 year old grandson says he wants to buy the house so he can come back any time. He said it was his favorite house, ever. And our daughter who dreads the Florida heat says it was worth the heat to visit this “little piece of paradise” We all enjoyed the week.

Amazing Family Beach Vacation. Highly Recommend!

We had the most amazing time. Stayed in June for a short family trip. House truly is luxury. Everything was impeccably clean and organized. All bedrooms are suites with their own bathrooms which was perfect for our group. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed as we made most meals at the home. The kids never wanted to leave the house between the heated pool and all the beach toys available. Beach is very clean and not crowded at all. And the sunsets were gorgeous to watch from the balcony! Collier Vacation Rentals was extremely professional, always responded immediately to any of our questions and requests. Seaside Dream was truly a vacation dream come true for our family! We already booked to come back later this year! Thank you Arlan, Jayme and Anelise for taking care of us!
