L'incantevole casa vacanze Sunset Captiva # 51 si trova nella comunità privata e tranquilla di "Sunset Captiva" di fronte alla piscina e al lungomare. La comunità è situata in posizione centrale su oltre 6 miglia di spettacolare spiaggia sul Golfo del Messico. C'è una piscina, un molo, due campi da tennis e un'area ricreativa completa di griglie a gas e tavoli da picnic. È anche vicino a The Village e ai migliori ristoranti, negozi e attività ricreative. Questo è un posto fantastico per passeggiare ed esplorare.

Albert is very easy to work with. Always polite.

Reviewer Comments: AMRC graciously gave us a whole refund on our reservation cancelled in 2022 by Hurricane Ian and we went in December 2023 for my wife's birthday...was a wonderful time...thank you AMRC!!

Property was clean and very comfortable, located within close walking distance to the beach and several restaurants in the heart of Captiva Island. Our only complaint would be the clothes washing machine - it is extremely loud when doing laundry and not located in an area where a door can be shut to minimize the noise.

Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice and had a lot of room..the kitchen was very well equipped..the washer had a few issues and very loud but we managed for the two weeks..the tv was different when there is no cable for people that are not used to using the other options it’s rough we had local channels and found a couple of programs too watch, but would have liked the option of more....the pool was awesome!!!! We were there every day cause we’re not beach people.. the grills were very nice we did use them.. the house was clean, I did a few things but that’s just me!!! Very impressed with all the work that has been done and being worked on..glad too see the great progress!!

They had beach toys for children, booster seat, pack and play, stool for little ones, fans on screened in deck, w/d, so much more. Only complaint was the bed in the room, without the bunk, was very uncomfortable. This has been written up in previous reviews. Otherwise, perfect.

Captiva - location, location, location!

Sunset Captiva is incredible - great pool, easy beach access and so close to the heart of Captiva, Andy Rosse Lane. Will not stay at 51 Oster Ct. again - we’ll appointed but master bedroom had tiny, rock hard Queen bed. King bed people!!

Reviewer Comments: With George out the experience at Sunset Captiva was a little different. Overall we had a good stay but when we did need anything from the Mgmt company and asked or reported issues, it all depends what staff member you get as to how that experience goes. Most the interactions were positive but one in particular was not.
