Hidden Gem

My friends and I (5 of us total) stayed here for 3 nights for a girls weekend. The home was spotless and exactly as pictured and described. 3 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, good sized kitchen, comfortable living room and large screened-in lanai. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has basic amenities (coffee maker, pots/pans, plates, glasses, silverware), beach chairs and towels are provided. Conveniently located between the beach (Sanibel/Captiva Island) and Fort Myers downtown district. We loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the beach crowd, but still close to everything we wanted to see and do. We would definitely stay here again if we revisit Fort Myers.

Comfortable and convenient

Very comfortable stay, with terrific lake view! Just watching the birds all day was amazing. Good mattresses, a nice screened porch, and a very quiet neighborhood.

The house is very well laid out and comfortable, and was close to family living in Ft. Myers Beach, so made it easy for us to travel back and forth. We look forward to another stay in the future!

Girls golf trip

It was very convenient to the course we played. We enjoyed the pool table and the furnishing was comfortable. We did find dead roaches under the kitchen sink and the bathroom next to the patio had strange flat bugs.

Spring break escape

Our family— consisting of a college student, parents, and grandparents—all enjoyed our stay. Such a relaxing and beautiful home with so many fun things to do. We had a family billiards tournament- Grandpa won!!— and enjoyed the ping pong and darts too. We loved the Black-bellied whistling ducks that visited on the dock and even saw a bald Eagle fly over the house. The host was super quick to answer any questions we had, and we all wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful and relaxing

Yessenia The house was exactly as described only better. We throughly enjoyed sitting in the screened patio and watch the birds sun themselves by the lake. It was peaceful. If we had any questions, Yessenia always answered my texts or phone calls. We would stay here again.

To Cool

Although this property was very clean, it has a strange floor plan. The thermostat is locked by the owner to not go above 72 degrees. We like it warmer than that. The master bathroom sink faucet allows only a trickle of water to flow. When I asked the host about these things, I got a run around response like "I suppose I could unlock the setting" but nothing was done about it. She was willing to get a repairman in to check the sink but we were leaving the day that he may have been able to come. Generally, the place was nice and clean but could have been a lot more comfortable.
