Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this three bedroom private home features a full kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area with dedicated work space and living room with 60" Smart HDTV. Well appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Master bedroom with private en suite bathroom. Spacious living room includes comfy sofa, 60" Smart HDTV, laundry, private backyard with pool, covered patio with outdoor furniture and 60" Smart HDTV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, onsite parking and keyless access.

*The pool is completely screened in, and the frosted bottom panels have been replace with transparent ones.


Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Everything was great and as described. I did think it would be closer to a beach however. The only reason for one less star is the outdoor area didn’t seem very clean. There was sticky drink splashed all over the outdoor TV (I cleaned it best I could with what I found) and the vaccuum left in pool.

Wonderful stay!

My family was visiting Fort Myers Florida for a baseball tournament. The home was equipped with everything we needed from extra towels and pool towels to laundry detergent with a full-size washer and dryer. We were never more than 20 minutes drive to the Ball parks and even closer to Fort Myers Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the pool each day as well. Definitely would recommend!

Excellent Florida Stay

The host is extremely responsive. The house was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to grocery stores and of course the beach. I was highly satisfied with our stay.

Our Experience

We were disappointed when we arrived. The VRBO photography was VERY misleading in size and quality! Also the home is under the major landing pattern for the Fort Myers airport and on a very busy neighborhood access street! Very noisy which does not fit a vacation expectation!The house was clean and fairly comfortable. Bed was excellent. I would not recommend.AnotherKitchen stock was adequate.

Great value and location

The property met our needs perfectly. It was very clean, functional, and the outdoor patio and pool provided a comfortable and enjoyable space to relax in the evenings. I was also impressed by several thoughtful details, such as the ceiling-mounted night light, which made it easy to navigate from the bedrooms to the bathroom at night. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores, we even walked to a local Tiki bar. I would definitely consider renting this home again in the future.

Great Get-A-Way!

My family and I ended up renting this property to attend a tournament that took place at Hertz Arena in Estero, FL. The location was perfect and there's access to anything you need for your stay. The residence and property was very private, clean and comfortable. The communication with the property manager was fluid and they were accessible throughout the stay. The family story on how the house came to be is a heartfelt tribute and it truly felt like a home away from home.

Family Spring Break

Great communication with the host. The house was clean and accurate to the listing. The property is conveniently located between the beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, and Bonita Springs. My only concern upon arrival was being next to a railroad crossing, but the tracks are not in use. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Comfy House Close to Everything

Nice clean house with quick and easy drives to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The outside sitting area was perfect any time of the day since it's covered. When returning to the house later in the day the guard toads was a fun surprise.

Beautiful Inside of home

We spent a week here; the inside of the home is very clean! The shower in the master bedroom has hardly any water pressure. There was plenty of Shampoo, Conditioner and Soap in each bathroom. There were 4 beach towels to use for the pool. Pool was not heated although 85 all week the pool was too cold to swim in. The photos of the pool/patio area in the listing are inaccurate. The surround that covers the patio and pool is no longer standing. Understandably because of the hurricane, however we would have appreciated knowing this prior to arrival as we were not able to utilize the outdoors as planned. The lack of enclosure allowed for bugs and no privacy to a very busy roadway. The neighbors are quiet, however note when outside there was no privacy from them in the back yard as the photos show on the listing. I would highly recommend this place if you planned to spend your time outside elsewhere until the outdoor surround fixed. The host was quick to reply to any concerns or questions before and during our stay!

Clean home in a busy area

We enjoyed the layout of the home and the cleanliness inside. The outside area still looks to have some work needed from Ian. It was convenient to San Carlos golf course which we played twice. Fairly simple course but in good shape and nice staff. The only thing I’d point out to future renters is that the main road it sits on can get a bit loud at night and I also had wished there was an outdoor grill of some type for steaks and burgers but that’s on me since I failed to catch that a grill wasn’t listed as an amenity. I’ll read more closely next time. All in all our trip turned out well.

Beautiful Piece of Paradise!

We had a wonderful stay here! All amenities provided, the pool wash nice and large with an amazing outdoor area with TV, a fire pit in the back and lots of floats, games for everyone. Everything was very clean and the owners were very thoughtful in stocking the home. Beds and couches are comfortable, Bathrooms are spacious,and the kitchen is equipped with higher end appliances, I highly recommend!
