    Nirvana Sunrise è proprio sul fronte della baia all'inizio di Captiva Drive. La casa vacanze dispone di una piscina privata riscaldata. Questa è una posizione unica sulla baia di Captiva, dove le coste delle nostre isole tropicali sono curve. Quindi la vista panoramica è spettacolare!

    Nirvana Sunrise e Nirvana Sunset ti danno la spiaggia a baia con un fantastico molo per il miglior "Snook Fishing" ha quattro camere da letto più un divano letto nel soppalco al piano superiore, per un massimo di 12 ospiti. Il grande portico si affaccia sulla baia, quindi è possibile guardare tramonti, delfini, uccelli marini e acque calme, mentre si godono le barche.

Family vacation dream home!

Beautiful house, the pictures do not do it justice!!!! Absolutely stunning. So clean and all the appliances you need. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen is well stocked. The house also offers lots of pool and beach stuff - chairs, buckets, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Captiva is a wonderful getaway! We will definitely be back.

Almost like having the entire beach to yourself. The whole family loved fishing off the dock. The pool area was great. Captiva is a pretty quiet place. There isn't much to do other than the obvious activities, such as the beach, pool, fishing, and relaxing. The house was equipped with everything that we needed to make our stay amazingly memorable. The only thing that would have made this place better would be a bathroom near the pool area. The Florida weather did not disappoint.

The home itself is stunning: spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation and connection with family. The private dock was a highlight—we spent peaceful mornings and nights fishing and launching kayaks, soaking in the quiet beauty of the water and wildlife.The house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable, the garage has all the items you need for a relaxing time at the beach and the views from the upper levels were breathtaking, especially at sunrise. The location was ideal. It was secluded enough to feel like a retreat, yet close enough to the beach and local spots to take it all in.Still, I can’t say the trip was great, only because someone very special was missing. With our late son Ethan, we would have been ten. Now we are nine and this was our first trip without him. His absence is something we carry with us always. But in moments on the water or under the stars, we felt closer to him and for that, we’re grateful.Nirvana Sunrise offered us a beautiful space to hold both joy and grief, a gift we won’t forget. I highly recommend staying here, as we will be back next year to continue our traditions.

We enjoyed the porches with views and being able to fish off the dock as well. Unfortunately, we had issues with the air conditioning and the pool was extremely dirty and had no chlorine. We did let management know, but did not see a resolution during our stay. Hopefully this was resolved before the next renters.

We will be back. A couple minor draw backs. Parking with a single wide drive way on a busy road was difficult, also 2 bedrooms had no TV in them grandkidsand son in law were a bit disappointed. We have a 33 year old disabled son 3 story's and no elevator although we can see one was started finishing would be great. Hubby had to carry him up and down the stairs. But overall a great house and time.would recommend this house.

Perfect for our family

This home was perfect for our family, walking distance to the beach, sunrise at the pier, kitchen well equipped and grill for home made dinners. We had some incident by the pool (being an outside pool), but luckily the home manager was very responsive when contacted and issue resolved.

We loved preparing family dinners together in the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. The home is within walking distance to several restaurants just over the bridge. The dock was an excellent fishing spot especially under the snook light at night. We used the pool and spa every day. Walking to the beach was easy and the home is very well equipped with beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. We were pleasantly surprised at the downstairs game room where our family played multiple ping pong tournaments. The three bathrooms have loads of towels, hair dryers and a small amount of soap and shampoo. The only thing that seemed insufficient was paper products. We needed to purchase additional paper towel and toilet paper during our stay. The four bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. If there are more than 8 people in your party there is no other sleeping space that has any privacy. The property managers were very helpful.

This is a great house for a family vacation. Excellent location. Right on the bay and just one block walk to the beach. The only draw back is that it doesn’t have a half bath on the lower level by the pool.

Gorgeous Home!!

The house was as pictured on vrbo!! Beautiful, spacious clean! Amazing views!! Watched dolphins from the dock and on the beach!! Loved the pool and hot tub,. I did not give it 5 stars overall for these reasons: The smart cooktop was not compatible to all the pots and pans ( not sure why the others are even there) No directions on how to turn up the heat in the hot tub. A binder explaining these would have been helpful . Overall wonderful, enjoyable time!! Great Thanksgiving I with my family!! We will be back!!

The guys loved fishing from the dock, the grandchildren loved swimming in the private pool, we all loved the easy access to the beach and all of the beach equipment that was available to us in the garage. The master suite was dreamy and luxurious. We hope to come back soon to this beautiful home. We recommend eating at Green Flash, The Bubble Room and breakfast at Sunset Grill. American Realty was great to work with on the rental of this property.

The house is so well appointed you really don’t need to worry about much besides your groceries and a few paper products and laundry detergent. Our only surprise was the lack of cleaning supplies. Not enough to keep the house tidy for the week, and no counter spray or disinfectant at all. Bring your own wipes, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags or you'll be price gauged buying them at the general store.

Amazing home

We spent one week at Nirvana sunrise this home it’s beautiful and new with open spaces and comfortable new furniture to lounge. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. The downstairs play room was spacious with games and ping pong table. The outside patio has a heated pool and spa it was perfect to relax in the evenings plenty of outdoor furniture, we spent our mornings at the dock watching the sunrise and fishing, we saw so many fish,manatee and dolphins it was the highlight of our trip. the beach was just steps away the garage has plenty of chairs, umbrellas beach wagons and beach toys, Rodolfo was very helpful we called him a few times and he immediately helped us or stopped by to make sure things were going well. We will be visiting again soon!
