Benvenuti nel nostro piccolo paradiso in Florida!

Venite a godervi alcuni giorni magici al nostro Resort Barra Villa, che è rinomato per la sua atmosfera sofisticata e giocosa. Il resort è composto in tutto 8 splendidi appartamenti e monolocali.

Fortunatamente noi che abbiamo trovato e comprato questa casa carina!

La casa è composta da 3 unità: "Appartamento Pelican", "Appartamento Flamingo" e "Studio Turtle".

Ogni alloggio ha il proprio ingresso e un bagno privato, cucina e soggiorno / zona notte. Se richiesto, siamo in grado di collegare l'Appartamento Flamingo e lo Studio Turtle a un grande appartamento che offre spazio per un massimo di 5 adulti.

L'area esterna comune offre una griglia a gas e diverse possibilità di posti a sedere.

Se ci fai sapere in anticipo, è anche possibile affittare l'intera Villa Barra II o l'intero Resort.

APPARTAMENTO PELLICANO

La sistemazione perfetta per le famiglie!

accogliente appartamento 2-BR - bagno accessibile da due lati - ingresso diretto al giardino - rinnovato nell'aprile 2017!

Grazie alle due camere da letto, entrambe con un letto queen-size, le famiglie con bambini si sentiranno subito a casa al nostro appartamento Pelican. Una delle camere offre spazio sufficiente per una culla e, inoltre, fornisce l'accesso al bagno.
Troverete la seconda porta con accesso al bagno nella cucina ben attrezzata. Dalla cucina, è possibile raggiungere la terrazza in legno e il giardino con un grill a gas e molte possibilità di posti a sedere.
Il bagno finestrato comprende una doccia, un WC e un lavandino. Ci prendiamo cura che ci saranno asciugamani sufficienti per il vostro soggiorno a casa nostra.

In breve: non solo le famiglie si sentiranno a proprio agio nel nostro appartamento Pelican!

Ft Myers D days

Here to visit friends and a quick respite from the winter in New England. Great location. Less than 20 minute walk to downtown Ft. Myers. Nice treed and quiet neighborhood. The pool was a nice one and heated. The apartment was very clean. It would be nice to have an ironing board and iron. It should also be suggested to warn guests about the water. Ft. Myers tap water is safe to drink but smells and tastes of sulfur (rotten egg). Overall quite nice.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. Unit was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. We like having a swimming pool and laundry on the property. The biggest plus, is the location. We like to walk three miles every morning. From here you can walk along the beautiful Caloosahatchee, a very nice kids park, Publix, Nail Salon, Theatre, many, many restaurants and bars and my husband was even able to walk to Physical Therapy. This was our second stay at this property and we look forward to staying here again.

Cozy and Clean Cottage

This was our first stay at a VRBO property, and I was impressed with the communication and check in process. The cottage was clean and comfortable with a shabby chic decor. The beds were very comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the Publix grocery store and a great coffee shop.

Sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Betten waren ein Traum. Liegt sehr zentral und ein Publix ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

We stayed in the Pelican apartment in Ft Meyers and loved it. It was small but just the right size for the 3 of us. It is centrally located to all the things we wanted to do on this vacation, had grocery and shopping close by - literally has a grocery store within walking distance. We loved that it had a pool. We spent most evenings relaxing at the pool. Both my daughter and I agreed that we would definitely rent this unit again.

Good Value at Altamont Manor

Altamont Manor provided good value for the cost. It was clean, had good amenities including a kitchen, porch, backyard, grill, laundry, bicycles and pool. It’s close to downtown Fort Myers, waterfront and Edison-Ford Home.

Hadde en ferieuka med 2 åring og en 8 månaders baby. Gav tilbakemelding om bedre vask av gulv.. men er vanlig å gå med skor inne i Usa og leiligheten var fresh ellers. Stort pluss med flere laken/håndklæ og tilgang til vask med småbarn. Pool var oppvarmet og området føltes trygt.

Nice place in a good location

Conveniently located to downtown. Pool was vey nice. If I had a complaint it would be that no local tv or mainstream channels were available, however, we were able to get Netflix and other streaming services.

Very close to downtown

This is a nice little apartment that was conveniently located close to downtown restaurants and very close to Publix grocery store. We appreciated the laundry access as we were there for several days. The couch was quite comfortable and we loved the front and back porch as well as the pool. Beds were a little hard with slippery sheets, not sure why they limit the toilet paper to 2 rolls only when we were there for 8 days, and there were no local channels on the TV but these are small items. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It worked out well for our short trip.

Property manager was very nice

Great place -- pool was maybe four or five feet - not that deep.. But go up to Northport FLA hot springs if you are out that way - great place to swim so didn't need pool all that much. All in all very fair deal and nice people.

Good Location

Short walk/ride to downtown Ft. Myers with plenty of eateries. No public beach access in immediate area. Ft. Myers Beach is about a 13 mile drive from location of house. Nice pool. Convenient laundry on site.

Difficult communication

They didn’t provide working bikes as advertised and when I asked they said the owner didn’t want to invest in that. Nor did they credit me anything for this. They told me they stopped advertising that and said I had to supply “proof”. Lol. My question is: how would I have known to ask for bikes? Not only was there credit, they then charged my card additional money 1 week after the stay because my son to stayed with me. They also hinted I was guilty of fraud. It’s in a great location and checkin and out was easy. Other than that, it was horrible. I do excursions like this all the time. This is the first bad experience I’ve ever had. I got the impression the business is hurting for money. I also think the owners are remote, possibly foreign, and simple communication is laborious and difficult, and comes across very rude and threatening even though I don’t think this is their intention. I never felt they wanted to help me, or for me to enjoy the stay. They just want $. Sad. Kindness makes money in my book.

Relaxing great location

If you want to visit Historic Ft. Myers this is the place to stay. Clean, shabby chic decoration. Marcus was so helpful and nice. Will be back when visiting Ft Myers.
