We also enjoyed walking from the home to the river district and to Publix etc. Favorite part of the home was the quiet, relaxing tropical backyard. No matter the time of day, shad was abundant!”

“We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed...

“Absolutely loved my stay here! Exceeded my expectations. Beautiful on the inside and owners did not leave out any details. I will definitely be back. Only small issue I saw one time while going to get clothes out of dryer was a black snake had gotten inside due to a gap under the back door. He quickly scurried out though. Still a great place to stay! I look forward to returning. ”

“Came to the area for a Pickleball tournament. The home was very clean, updated and the bed was extremely comfortable!. The directions to enter the home were very clear and we felt comfortable staying here. The room was remodeled to be a separate part of the house and has it's own entrance in the back of the house facing the water. The only suggestion we would give would be to buy a larger television and the A/C was too cold for our liking. Overall great stay! ”
