“Everything was as the pictures look. It was clean, directly across the street from the beach and you can watch the sunset from your balcony! I visited Barefoot Beach, Delnor Wiggins Beach, Sanibel Island and Bonita Beach across the street! All of them lovely.The only thing I could suggest is to get a plastic shower curtain rod. The metal one is affected from the salt air and pulling the shower curtain back to get into shower, caused the shower rings to pop off and that got frustrating!Also,...

“The condo is in a great location with being directly across the beach and walking distance to two restaurants. The beach is right across the street which is really nice as the beach parking fills quickly. Better yet, the condo provides beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and even a beach wagon to easily walk to the beach. The condos pools were very nice as well. The condo does have only 1 wall a/c unit which was fine for us but I could see some feeling warm if you prefer the room temperature below...

“The apartment is ideally located - short walk to the beach, and restaurants right across the street (and a deli below the apartment). Bikes available and an outdoor space for games. There are still some drainage issues around the island, so the walkway to the beach at the end of the street was under water from recent rain (we saw this in other parts of the island, too). “I’ve stayed at this condominium complex before, but this unit- by far- was the best. I liked the separation of living and bedroom spaces, the gulf views and the updated kitchen. The only miss- the AC did not seem to cool consistently. Coincidentally, Maintenance came by to place a grill on the outside of the unit (they were doing this throughout the complex). “This is the perfect spot if you want to be in the middle of the action with easy access and view of the beach! You can walk to the beach for sunset, or get the perfect view from the back patio.
