“We walked in and the employee was not in any uniform. She gave us our keys and we walked into a room that had not been cleaned, in fact it looked like someone was using the room. We immediately went to the front desk and the employee gave us a different room. As soon as we walked in it was a different type of room than we booked (1 small bed instead of their 2 bed room). There were also two towels on the floor and refrigerator did not turn, have a baby and needed somewhere to store the milk.”

“After a 4 hour road trip we were immediately treated with a smile and a cookie and that was awsome, because we were starving. The staff is so kind and really help make you comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and as was the lady that attended it all. She really made sure everything was full and tasty . The rooms were so comfortable and perfect if you have kids . The pack & play fit perfectly in the sofa/ lounge area. And enough space for us to walk around with plenty of desks to work while...
