“The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bagels were good. Parking was easy and safe. Our room was just above the AC/Heating units outside. Very noisy. There was an event in, I'm assuming a conference room that happened to be just below us. Loud, bumping music late into the night. Noisy neighbors, loud talking, tromping up and down the halls outside which can happen anywhere but added to an unpleasant night.”
