Hotel vicino a Fort Pulaski National Monument - Savannah

“So clean”

“Clean room, staff was nice once they showed up. Spent 20 min at the front desk waiting for someone to check us in. No breakfast. If they had an elevator, we could not find it.”

“You can see the outside light coming in through the door. The ac worked great. The mini fridge was loud. The worse part tho was the non existent water pressure of the shower. A bit outdated place but clean and quiet. Very very close to the beach tho. So leave your car and just walk a street over.”

“The property was just far enough from the main areas of the city it was quiet at night to sleep yet perfectly close enough to walk wherever we wanted to go. Parking was perfect and easy to figure out. Id love to come back!”

“We stayed in the Calhoun room. It is very pretty but it smells musty & the room was very damp. We discovered mold on the ceiling. Which is concerning. It was also our anniversary & they did not do anything special. Most places we stay leaves a nice note, bottle of wine, or chocolates. Wishing us a happy anniversary to make their guests feel special. The shower seal was about to fall off & there is a huge glass door. Another concern. I shared this & never heard back,”

“I was disappointed with the customer service was received at this hotel. The receptionist Stacy, was rude and unprofessional when we checked in. She told me she couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to show her my booking itinerary to prove that I had a reservation. The situation could have been handled more politely and professionally, As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when there is an issue with a reservation. We lost our keys too and we asked her if...

“Camera pulita Posizione comoda”

“I did show up late, and they had given my room away and tacked a fee on. Even tho I did not have the equivalent accommodations of the room I booked… I must say they made it right. When the young lady that checked me in got finished giving me comps to try and compensate, I could no longer complain!! My loss turned out to not be a loss. So I’m thankful for that!! But other than that, the location is top tier!! The hotel is nice and all the extras that come with it. I would absolutely stay there...

“We booked the opal suite. It was just as the pictures looked, except maybe even better! There are 2 units on each floor. Opal was on the top and we loved sitting in the little sun room in the comfy blue chairs. There is also a small couch but not big enough for sleeping (love seat sized). The checkin instructions with pictures via the virtual checkin desk were super helpful! The elevator worked without issues. Great location! We didn't have a problem getting parking on the street. Some noise...

“Ottimo hotel in ottima posizione. Una nota di merito va al personale, veramente cordiale e disponibile”

“The property was amazing. All of the live bands were excellent. I would have liked to have had a microwave in the room. Also, would have liked a regular size ironing board. The stay was very good.”

“Third time staying here for work travel. Great location and experience each and every tim”

“the roof top pool and area were very relaxing even though a small pool. The little bard service and seating around the railings were nice. The room was very clean and everything worked well. The shampoo was good for me but my wife said it would lather in her thick hair so we had to buy some. The door was thick so we didn't hear much noise as long as people didn't let their door slam. The key is an old large metal key that we had trouble getting in the lock as did our neighbor as it is dim...
