“The hotel overall could use a good deep cleaning, the staff was friendly and nice, breakfast was fresh and good. No exhaust fan for the bathroom. When we parked to check in there was not anything with a sign lighting up to specify front of building or lobby (after dark). The exterior side door to the stairs slams extremely hard. Not the worst hotel i had stayed in, but also not the best. ”

“I liked my room very much. It had everything I needed, including things I didn't.... blow dryer, fridge, microwave. The beds were very comfortable with a variety of pillows and the linens felt good. I had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast is convenient and good. I've stayed here twice and will stay again in 6 months. The staff were all friendly. The facility was clean and quiet.”

“When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. “We loved the family suite size! Enough beds for the two kids and my husband and I. Unfortunately, this property is in a stinky industrial part of town. The whole are reeks of rotten egg. The room was a great size, but we didn't have enough towels for the number of people in our party, and the room was advertised with breakfast, but at 730 it's still was not ready. Also, our TV didn't work and we had to physically go to the desk instead of call to get it fixed. But they did fix it! And the...
