“We have stayed in many other hotels in the area while visiting West Point. This was a great disappointment. Upon arrival the staff at the front desk did not great us, he did not appear to know how to check in a guest, was not familiar with our reservation. He said it was due to a new management company conversion. The breakfast was sparce and extremely limited, cereal, bagels and hard boiled eggs. There was mold in the one ice machine for the building.
